They are supposed to be open from 9am-5pm on Saturday. We showed up today (a Saturday) and they were closed. Even the sign posted clearly outside says these hours.

Seems to never be open when I try to come. When they are open when they come, it's a simple and easy transaction but again, it's never open.

He was fast courteous polite did his job, he was very professional. Once the admission place open everything else went smoothly. The signage should state accurate times of open and closing it said 9:00am to 6:00 p.m. but he did not get there till about 6:10 between 10:00 and 10 after 10:00 was his arrival time other than that all else went well

This place says its open but no one is ever there. They close without warning and take 3 hour lunches.

It's 10:55 and there is no one there although they're supposed to be opened at 9. I've been here for 10 minutes. Guess it's time to find another place to go to.
