I just left there a waste of time and money I paid $35 for a pedicure I was supposed to get a white gel pedicure. And the older lady in the blue shirt with glasses was just horrible!!! She was rushing through all my nails. She didn’t file nor cut nor shape them right and I stopped her right as soon as she was getting my nails ready to polis I stopped her and told her that I didn’t want anything no more no color. Waste of time man! Worst ever i thought I’d give them a try and damn fooled myself.

Basic! So much to the fact you can’t get designs on your nails. I literally asked for a heart shape on 2 nails they couldn’t even achieve that. I had 3 nail techs work on me for 1 pedicure.

Too much attitude & too many times they give another tech a customer b/c they prefer not to deal w/"certain" customers. When they( techs) mess up, they don't like to admit it NOR apologize for it WHEN IT MATTERS. Once they feel u crossed them (ex. Went to a different tech on your own) or u don't accept a suggestion THEY want you to, they begin to write you off everytime you ( the customer) comes in.We already know they talk about us in their own language but the attitude after you have to corrected them on something they messed up on from previous visits or you decide to go with a different tech than your usual tech b/c of the previous mess up, they have the audacity to an attitude and RUSH through the process, increase the price for more money ( just as the process changes the often you go, anyway). Puts you in a position where you Makes HAVE TO find a different Regal or completely New Nail Shop.The other Regal Nails prices are higher & attitudes even worst. Minus One. I miss the Regal Nail in Walmart in Tucker, Ga (Closer & Boarded up). It was smaller, they were more appreciative & acknowledge EVERYONE that walked in. Even the kids. They did their best to keep a good clientele. Unfortunately, it was shut down (maybe turning into a Clair's) for Walmart renovations & most likely in result of the pandemic.Regal Nails is now a "Them". One of Them that rises their prices & their noses higher for less than quality work b/c of their attitude. They are now the "You Get What You Pay For" but higher prices based on "their" altitude attitudes.In particular, Regal ( Walmart in Lawrenceville & Lilburn). Lawrenceville are high and FIND a price for anything ( TRIED CHARGING ME $5 for each Stencil Places on My Toes THAT I BROUGHT IN. Charging me for MYYYYY PRODUCTS. So I Placed them myself. I was getting them done in Honor of my Late Aunt for her Funeral that weekend). Lilburn Will Pass you off to anyone who wants some money of something for the day based on what you are getting. Not in a good way ( like 1st come, 1st Served). More so if they don't want you they not dealing.NOTE:I TIP HANDSOMELY WHEN THE JOB IS WELL DONE. Especially when I don't have to come home to correct or clean up the "artwork" & shape of the nail on my toes & especially my hands. Terrible job get terrible tip. Bad Attitude gets $3. RUSHED JOBS get nothing else but the BS price of the work.

Very bad experience . First off not welcoming at all. I tried to let this small detail go but it only got worse. The nail tech was very dry did not engage in conversation at all. Then when done with the service she tried to over charge me my nails are not long and she charged for length. Now it is four days later and my nails are already lifting. Never again ??Service: Acrylic nails

The nail tech the did my nails was new. He was rough and and the nails where too expensive. My friend got matted brown cow nail and it only costed her $55. While I got 6 of my nails nude and the other 4 were blue,white and ,black swirls and that costed me $75 .LIKE BRH but I didn't say nothing. After like a week some of the nails just popped off(they were acrylic). Anyways will i go back...... Probably but I won't want to have the same dude as my nail tech.?

I do not recommed going to this place of business. I went here for a service and the individual tried to over charge me for the service I was requesting.I will not return to this establishment. We all work too hard for our money for someone to try and take it!

Absolutely the worst nail experience Ive had in years!! I went in for a fill-in with gel polish. The tech applied a horrible application of lumpy gel polish!! Horrible!! I was polite and told her it wasnt it. She took it off and another tech applied it again..and the next morning my index finger started to peel!! I will NEVER EVER waste my time with these nail techs ever again. They should be fired!! Im a licensed cosmetologist and Im disgusted.

I've never gotten a pedicure from a nail shop, and left the shop looking like I needed a pedicure. The nail tech act as though she was too cute to touch my beautiful feet. Young ladies need training.

***PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE OF BUSINESS *** I went there for a fill in, gel polish and nail art. The technician did a very poor job on my marble nail art so I asked for it to be removed. She painted over the art in a rush to take the next customer. The nails that she painted over was not the same color as the others so I went back the next day for the color to be removed completely and redone. I was satisfied with the color at that point. However, later that day my thumb nail broke. I went back to the nail salon the next day and was told that I needed to pay $8 after the nail was fixed. I had no idea that I would need to pay nor that it would cost $8 for just 1 nail.The Manager advised me that I had to pay the $8 because my initial service was a fill in and the fill in is at the bottom of the nail only. She added that they would only take responsibility for the top if I had gotten a full set. I am very displeased with this nail salon and will NEVER EVER return for service! I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

Very unprofessional when asked to correct mistakes. Horrible, child like job on a manicure. When shown the patchy work, the technician said, "Oh no it's good, if you want pretty get a full set". Very horrible experience and why I choose not to go to nail salons in Walmart. I wanted to give them a try though and really wasted time and money. Pay the extra to get quality work and customer service elsewhere.
