I received the worst costumer service ever, I was at this brand today around 4:30 pm, the receptionist let me seat in the Lobby until 20 minutes later to tell me she can't do my deposit because was too many checks, actually was 9 checks with the deposit ticket attached, I requested a better explanation about it because that's not a reason for not made that deposit, she told me she is not the teller to make it happend.

This branch is so disrespectful. I have been with PNC 10 years I lived near the Roswell Holcomb Bridge most of this time. They were always pleasant.
But now I have hated that I've had to come to this branch in Norcross because it's now closer. This is the third time I've been treated with total disrespect. I will never return here again.
I needed a notary they said I needed to fill out the forms in front of them, so I went home and got another copy. When I returned they wanted me to fill the paperwork out standing up wouldn't even offer me a desk and chair, told me to go to the counter to fill out the paperwork, not in front of the notary like I was told. What was the meaning of this disrespectful behavior, I don't know. I'm one that don't always try to bring race into things but this is my third time with this branch and it's always the same.
Never again, it makes me want to leave PNC all together. I work hard for my money and I don't want to entrust my hardwork with such disrespectful people. If it wasn't for people like myself you wouldn't have a job.

I used to love this bank! However, everyone quit that used to work here, and I can see why! Literally not 1 person in this branch is a past PNC employee at all. When you walk in, you may as well plan on spending a half of a day, and I'm not joking! Absolutely no customer service what so ever!!!..... Go somewhere else, save yourself a miserable trip!

The Branch manager was so rude and condescending that I almost walked out of the building the moment she started “helping” fix my problem. None of their solutions worked, and I had to resolve my issue with a phone representative later. So at the end of the day, I waited around for 30 minutes to be demeaned and have my problems exacerbated by a woman who couldnt bother to treat me like a person.

This branch and the branch in Snellville have the rudest employees I have ever been in contact at a financial institution. I traveled to this branch due to the customer service I received at the Snellville branch and to get the same customer service is absurd! PNC must train their banking employees on how to be rude!!! Very disappointed, as I always receive the best service via telephone!

I was hesitant to come to this location due to the reviews, but I did it anyways because it was the closet lol. I got the pleasure of opening an account with Tanya ! She was amazing, super friendly and personable. In and out in 30 min. The rest of the staff even said goodbye on the way out. No complaints here.

I cannot thank Lynne and the team at this PNC brank enough. I have never had such a pleasant experience at the bank from beginning to end. I was greeted with a smile and escorted to Lynne's office. Lynne went above and beyond to help me with opening an account. She was so patient with me and took her time to make sure my account was opened properly. I will be moving all my personal and business accounts from Wells Fargo to PNC as a result of this amazing experience!
