I just made the trip down to Lilburn and was on a tight schedule with urgent need for a tire replacement. I turned to Platinum Auto Tire Shop, and honestly, they were a lifesaver. Not only did they accommodate my last-minute request, but the owner greeted me with a friendly and reassuring approach, it immediately put me at ease. Their efficiency and warmth turned what could have been a stressful situation into a surprisingly pleasant experience. Platinum Auto Tire Shop truly came through for me, and I can't thank them enough!

Had 2 nails in my tire I looked online and saw good reviews for Platinum so I called to see if they had a used one in my size they said they did. So I dropped by and they took care of me right away inspected the tire and took the nails out they hadn't gone all the way through so no tire needed. There was no charge I appreciated there honesty by not trying to sell me something I really didn't need. So if I need any tire needs this is my go to place and it should be yours they will take care of you.

In and out in under 30 min. Only place around open until 10pm and they plugged and fixed my flat tire for cheap. If you’re in a bind, they’ll take care of you!

I went in because I had a flat tire and they were able to help me in a bind. The gentleman that worked there were super friendly and nice. Customer service was great! I’m going there next week to get my tires exchanged. I’m happy I found this place!

Platinum is the best Tire store. Great and fast service. The owner of the Tire store really worked with me today when he was able to split my payment so I could acquire a new tire right away and then pay the balance the next day. They are also open 24 hours and have a lot of tires (new and used) in stock.

I love the owner. He’s so friendly and knowledgeable and this place open until late and offers mobile service for emergency road services. They have a lot of inventory and normally have the tires in stock. New and Used and all of the staff is great. They take cash and card payment. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else unless you want poor quality tires. I refer all my friends. Tell them Fatima sent you and maybe you’ll get a discount. But seriously, one stop shop. These men are freaking awesome! Please support our small business owners.

Late night the day before Thanksgiving I started hearing noises in my back tire area. Of course everyone was closed already. Thanksgiving morning I’m calling around to see if someone could help. I was so grateful to find Platinum who was willing to help. Once there, I found a nail sticking out the tire flap so I pulled it out. I drove around to see if the noise stopped. It didn’t. I returned and the gentleman checked both my back tires. No nails. We went for a ride to see if the noise continued. It did. We looked around the trunk trying to figure it out. He did this without charging me, even though I insisted. Once I left, the noise was gone. It was probably something in my trunk in conjunction with the nail I found in the flap. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Appreciate him and will return for other car needs! Thank you soooo much!!!

I was assisted in a way that used tire shops typically do not assist: the gentleman saw that my rim was bent and tire I had was excellent. I would expect most tire places to ignore that but not this place. Please come by replace your tires here. Thank you!
