This place has changed. The vibe is sketchy, the staff has changed and my dog came home hurt. I gave two stars because the cut was fairly good but ears and toenails were awful.

Worse place ever!! They trimmed way too much fur and left bald spots in multiple areas. Ears were half done and badly trimmed. Very disappointing.

They abuse, my dog and he was crying and screaming. Do not bring your dog here. They’re full of Untrained people the place is very dirty and it stinks and unprofessional

After adopting our goldendoodle last year I wanted to find the right fit for her very frequent grooming needs. After having the opportunity to try a few different groomers over the past 9 months. I’m so happy we tried pet laundry so happy it has become the only groomer I will ever go to. The attention to detail and level of communication is far beyond what most pet groomers do. I also love the drop off flexibility. They are very accommodating. It isn’t easy to cut a doodle and with how often she has to go I wanted a place where we felt like we were warmly welcomed. If you are looking for a groomer who will listen to you and care for your dog like you would care for your dog pet Laundry is definitely one to move to the top of your list. I would like to mention my dog has been here a few times now and every time is happy to go and also in a great mood when I pick her up. Thank you pet laundry for just doing it better. Something the grooming industry needs more of.

Bringing my doodle Isabelle to pet laundry was a great experience! My kids and I both enjoyed being able to put her in the tub and bathe her ourselves. They supplied all of the products needed. It was a great for me and my kids. I think their prices are very reasonable too!!! Loved it and will definitely be back!!!!!

* ZERO STARS *I made an appointment a month in advance.I brought my dog to get a cut. They kept him from 10 in the morning to 4:30 in the afternoon and didn’t even finish half of his cut because he was “wet”. No one called me to let me know anything.If the groomer didn’t feel comfortable cutting my dog’s hair b/c he was matted, she shouldN’T have done anything at all, & everything would have been fine but no!And they charged me the full amount of a cut. The person working there said they would finish him another day.ANY PERSON WOULD HAVE GOTTEN UPSET SEEING THEIR PUP HALF DONE.And when i asked for a partial refund she decided to catch an attitude and said she doesn’t want us as a customer any more. If i could give no stars, I definitely would!Now my poor pup is sad/depressed.UPDATE: I took my dog to a different groomers on 01/29/24 & they told me that my pup has MULTIPLE CUTS all over him!The lady @ pet laundry only informed about ONE.SHE OBVIOUSLY HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS DOING!!!!!

And they charged me the full amount of a cut. The person working there said they would finish him another day. And when i asked for a partial refund she decided to catch a attitude and said she doesn’t want us as a customer any more. If i could give no stars, I definitely would. And to top it off, they never called me to tell me that they weren’t able to finish.
