I have been a patient of Dr. Wu for about 6 years now. I just had my regular visit and noticed that they are growing, adding more staff and consultation rooms. He is one of the best Primary Care Physicians I have been to, and I am thrilled to see the growth. Happy Patient!

I had a very pleasant experience today from the moment I arrived to the time I left their office. I was a bit nervous being my first time and with what I needed to discuss, everyone I encountered was very kind and compassionate. Thank you Lauren, Karen, Dr Wu and the first lady that called my name to start my vitals (I apologize I don't remember your name) but you all took great care of me today and I'm truly grateful!!

I was there to see my PCP Dr. Wu, and one of his associates was covering my appointment. I was nervous and BP went high, but after my appointment , I could NEVER regret my experience with "Michelle", I was hopeless and a wreck when I went in but I left the office a whole new and empowered woman and mother . My experience was and is ALWAYS phenomenal and I would never think of another office as I have in the last 7 years . Thank you to the front office staff, the MA and everyone. I would trust my life with this office. Thank you Peachstate Family Clinic LLC.

Dr. Wu is very thorough and respectful. He gave me a lot of great information during both of my visits. I recommend this doctor for anyone who wants to avoid those arrogant doctors who are quick to prescribe any old pill for your symptoms.

Showed up @ 835am for a 845am appt. The lady at the front desk gave me a glare when I walked in, asked if I had an appt. I replied yes, then she preceeded to tell me that the office didnt open until 9am and told me I had to leave and come back at 9. I wasnt allowed to wait in the waiting room. WTH!!! If I come back at 9am then Ill technaclly be late for my SCHEDULED appt!! With my anxiety it was hard enough for me to even get thru the door that morning. Then to be "kicked out" of the office because of the incompetance of the front desk not knowing what is on the days schedule!I left the building and proceeded to go home. Why would I come back after being kicked out and treated like that? Apparently patient care is not a concern by the office staff.

Dr Wu has helped me more than all the specialists I've seen. He is a true physician, a rarity these days. Thank you, Dr Wu. Bless you.

Dr Wu is a rare individual. He cares deeply about his patients and goes out of his way to help as much as he can. He is thorough and wants to get to the bottom of what is going on. He is kind, intelligent, great at listening and explaining, and has a great sense of humor. He is also the first physician I've had who is acutely aware of medicine costs and will assist with understanding insurance plans, deductibles, and is willing to work with regular patients in times of financial crisis. I travel over 60 miles one way to visit him; I would drive hours if I had to.

After several questionable issues with this doctor, our assessment of him drilled down to one inexcusable matter: Following a probable diagnosis of cancer, Dr Wu waited 5 days to inform patient of results, and then claimed to have absolutely NO ONE to refer patient to for further diagnosis and treatment. 3-4 times during that appt he stated he knew someone but she is no longer in the area. Unforgiveable deficiency by a practicing physician, particularly in a large metro area. He left us fumbling and guessing as to what specialty and which doctor to go to. He claims to have been in our area for almost 3 years and to be affiliated with a major hospital network in our metro area; so why didn't he pick up the phone among colleagues from 3 years and/or someone in that major hospital network and get the help that was needed for a patient?

Do NOT go to this doctor. 1. He thinks every one of his patient has thyroid disease and barely looks for anything else. 2. He's arrogant and kept cutting me off whenever I tried to tell him new symptoms and just said ,"I explained this to you already. It's the thyroid. 3. It turned out I had another medical condition that I literally could've died from if I had not gone and gotten a second opinion from another doctor that actually listened to me. 4. I saw a specialist that told me my symptoms had nothing to do with my thyroid even though I do have a slight autoimmune issue. 5. Go to a doctor who actually looks at all options for diagnosis and don't be afraid to ask questions or get another opinion.
