Gabriel helped my wife out today as she was stranded in Lilburn. He was very pleasant, helpful & courteous. We greatly appreciate him. He represented the O'Reilly family today in a tremendous way.

Worst customer service ever! I went to get a battery charged up. Their team did not charge my battery didn’t care if it was charged didn’t even give me a slip to say that it was charged or anything. Had to make a second trip back to a different O’Reillys with a guy had great customer service there.

Hey...at 75 years young, can you imagine how many times I've been in a parts store? At least 3-400...maybe more.NEVER have I received the outstanding customer-focused level of service that Manager Gabriel and his entire staff continue to provide. These folks know their stuff...they handle tough questions with professional patience and a big smile...and they'll give you straight answers when you're comparing items / prices.

I don't know what is the way you hire workers, but at this location in particular you have the WORST employees and managers. They don't care about customers, they just pay attention on their phones and chat. This place is not recommend at all. Very bad experience.

Normally have pleasant interactions at my local Oreilly. But not at this location. Stopped by at 9:30pm sign on door said they were open til 10:00pm and the neon “open” sign was lit. There appeared to a language barrier with the employee on the other side of the door. He just keep saying “two people, two people.” Whatever that meant. But didn’t open the door.
