me and my mom have come here many times, its been pleasant all times before this. they usually only take 27 for pedicures and +5 for gel french tips, but this time they decided not to tell us and charge more, totaling in 27+ 25 for gel tips and only decided to tell us when they finished our survive, the sns they did for me and my mom were so lopsided and they didnt even use the color i told them, i also told them to please use a clear coat of gold glitter and they did a solid gold yellow coat. then the lady showed an attitude when my mom said i didnt like it. by far the worst experience i we’ve had. the cost was 200 and it was not worth it.

They charged me $32 for a pedicure which I agreed to, but I had no idea a FILL IN was going to be $70. Ridiculous prices, i’ve never paid that at my normal salon and I won’t be going here around. I also had to be there 2.5 hours bc they did my nails and toes separate.Services: Acrylic nails

We can’t forget cyber credit guru in a hurry. My husband was declared bankruptcy in 2019 (and we later on realized that the mobile home in which we lived was included). While I had a dept of $26k and about 9 negative items on my report. As a result, we couldn’t get a mortgage until we had our reports fixed. We were frustrated, there was absolutely nothing we could do until we encountered CYBERCREDITGURU (AT) GMAIL DOT COM / +1 (650) 439 0624 via a positive review about them on a blog. Today we are in a house of our own, all negative items removed and score raised from 430, 470 respectively to 782 each in 6 days. Thanks to team CyberGuru

I can longer recommend this place. I use to come here every 3 weeks for 5+ years and they always did great work. I'm not sure what has changed but the quality and service were so bad that I suggest people stay away.I went in Saturday for a soak off and a gel manicure. I needed my nails done for a funeral and I wasn't able to get into my normal nail tech because she is 2 hours away.First they did not know anything about Gel-X extensions so I had to explain how to soak them off. They proceed to try to pry the Gel-X polish off my nails after I insisted that they did not do it. After they cut me trying to remove the the gel-X with nail tip they finally agreed to soak everything off.During the manicure they proceeded to cause me to bleed in 2 other places as well. The gel polish they used was clumpy and they made no attempt to smooth out the polish. They also left a significant gap at the bottom of my nails that was so noticeable people asked me the same day of my service when I was going to get my nails redone because of the grow out.Service: Gel manicure

I have been coming to this place for at least 6-7 years. I arrived on 4/22/2022 around 6 pm and selected the luxury spa with hot stones pedicure ($55) with polished nails ($10). This certainly was NOT the service I expected. I should have left when they asked me to pay after 5 minutes of service saying "the computers are closing." Again, I have utilized this place for years. Never have I been asked to pay first. My pedicure was basic at most. Just a technician rubbing lotion on my legs with cold stones. Nothing felt pleasant today. The man who painted my nails left as soon as he was finished. He must have known that the outcome would not be good. The looked pretty at first. As the nails dried, there were weird creases in it. I told the lady doing my pedicure that the polish was not good. The manager came to look. She told me she had to go and to come back tomorrow. She said, I have to go home." She could have apologized since she clearly could see the nails were not up to par. I explained that i could not return tomorrow because I fly out of town tomorrow and will be gone all next week. She said I should have come earlier or called first. So, I asked her if she was blaming me for the nail polish being old. She basically blamed me and left in anger. I just spent 65.00 for awful service. This is the very last time I will ever step foot in this salon. This is why customers are now going to the salon across the street next to Kroger. Much friendlier and better results! To run a business, you must know how to treat customers. Vin, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible terrible place. They don’t tell you prices of things till after you pay. They told me how much the set cost but at the end, told me it went up because of multiple things that they could’ve told me before they did them. Not to mention the make you tip before they even finish half way. Then the NEXT day my pinky nail already fell off!! I went back to ask for help and they gave me that hardest time and were so so rude regardless of how nice I was. I ended up PICKING OFF MY ACRYLICS EASILY and throwing them in their trash can. Do yourself a favor and save your money.Service: Acrylic nails

I have been going to this place on and off for the last 10 years I made an appointment two days ahead of time to get two Pedis and one Mani.When I got there she told me they could only do the two pedis and I said well what about if you take my pedi and give her a Mani with it because my daughter was going to a wedding she wanted her nails done toenails and fingernails and they said no we can't do that.Again I had made this appointment two days ahead of time. Obviously it doesn't matter if you have an appointment they are not set up to honor their word.They lost my business forever.

When I first came here, it was not bad at all. The lady, Van helped me and in the very beginning she was so kind and I honestly really liked her. I payed about $45 for my set and they were very basic, no patterns and I was not super happy about the price but I asked before hand and was fine with it. I had some issues with some of my nails looking different and some were just not shaped evenly. I came back the next day and told the lady named Van the issues I had with my nails, thinking she was going to be super nice and understanding like she was the first time. Then after I brought up the word "refund" it was like she wanted nothing to do with me. I was very kind the entire time and did not say or do anything rude then I politely asked if she could redo my nails. I hated the way they were done and honestly thought she would have been more understanding. She told me I was acting fussy or something and I told her that I spent a good amount of money on these nails and I just wanted them to be worth what I paid. I honestly felt super bad for even occupying her time when I could tell she seemed stress and busy. She proceeded to do my nails harshly and did them so quickly, they looked even worse than before. I did not want to intrude after that so I just left with my nails looking really bad and honestly I was very upset that day. I am NEVER going back there again. I truly wish them the best but this is just my experience and I honestly am just going to stick to doing my nails myself. Who ever gets there nails done here, I hope you like them and I hope you never had to go through what I did and I truly hope these people can understand where we as customers are coming from when we pay an abundant amount of money and just want what we paid for.
