I was in the area from Austell and was very upset. I paid $10 just to vacuum my car and somewhat clean it outside! I would recommend to provide what competition offers as well.
Where I go I pay $10 and I am provided with towels, window spray and air freshers and shade while I clean my car.

The monthly window sticker pass doesn't work for Tesla's. Therefore you must wait for an attendant to assist you each time you enter and they are not always there (I've waited up to 5 minutes before).

I have a membership and I make sure I use it. They should have cleaning supplies to clean the inside of car. Vacuums are good

Car wash was good, but the young man standing at the entrance just stood there with no explanation of the difference in the wash services. I had to ask if I could change the wash type, and he hesitated to say yes as if I was supposed to select the $46 wash on the screen.

Cheap at $10 for a basic wash. So that was good; however, vacuums had poor suction and no additional cleaning supplies were available without purchase.

Basic car wash. Make sure you bring your own towels and glass cleaner/all purpose cleaner. They do not provide this for your use. They also used to have someone brush your bumper but the last few months that I’ve been there’s just someone who gives you a quick squirt. I’ll be canceling soon but of course it’s not a simple process.
