The girl at the counter is pleasant but has no idea what's she's selling.I ask her how the internet gets in to the T Mobil home internet device and she just said repeatedly that it was not over the air/Cell tower nor a cable that all you had to do was "take it outta da box" so I asked her then if it was not coming into the box via cell tower nor cable it must has access to the internet some otherway...she said yea! Lol

Most gringos say "No way, José," but this gringo's here to tell ya, "YES WAY, José!" ???After running around Gwinnett like a chicken with his head cut off to switch over to Verizon (no fault of Metro, just a new phone I got was for Verizon), talking with both companies in stores and on the phone, "do this, no do that...", José found a solution for the transfer pin. He's also perfectly bilingual Spanish/English.José is a prosé, y yo se! ??

Great customer service! Definitely the best metro I’ve been to.The employee Leo was extremely helpful and very patient he also gave me a great deal on my plan. I recommend switching here if you haven’t already. Their employee definitely deserves a raise!!!

I came in late for the free phone deal and a young woman named Jocelyn was there helping customers. She was very friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable about all the products. I told her my needs and she paired me with a very good phone. It was difficult to port my number from my old carrier but she stayed with it and didn't get discouraged. Finally locking the doors at closing she remained trying to get my phone working. She did a reset and we decided to try the next day to finish. I could tell she wanted to get it right before closing but it was late. When I got home the phone had finished updating and was working as it should.Jocelyn you have restored my faith in today's youth and served your company well. Great job going above and beyond. Thank you for your great attitude and know that I am very grateful to you. I wish great things in the future for you.
