I came in today to Potamkin for new Hyundai Palisade, received great service from Tiger Gibson the sales manager and Darren the Flash Brown. If you ever need a vehicle, come to this dealership and ask for these two they will take good care of you.

My 2020 Hyundai Kona's AC stopped working, and I was just over the 60,000-mile warranty. I went to the dealership to see if they would honor the warranty, but the rep claimed it had expired without seeming to actually check with Hyundai. I ended up paying $700, and the AC still wasn’t fixed. The $700 was for a diagnosis, evac, and recharge, which turned out to be unnecessary. Their team clearly overcharged me for services that likely weren’t even performed. The time my car spent in the shop was minimal, with almost no labor involved. The costs were extremely high. This will be the last time I go to a dealership for repairs.

I absolutely recommend Potamkin Hyundai. If possible, ask for Product Specialist Irving Cantave. He's the pinnacle of customer service. Insightful, attentive, kind, polite, and just overall both a pleasure and a blessing to meet. Definitely someone you can tell has a passion for helping others and well deserving of a raise! Thanks to him and everyone at Potamkin Hyundai, we are now proud owners of a Hyundai Kona. This location was also very clean and had a large selection of vehicles for viewing. Scheduling a test drive was very easy. I also noticed there is a "Customer Lounge", so that is an added benefit to those who may find it convenient.

Got a 2023 Elantra brand new off the lot a little over a year ago it has been giving me problems since the first month I got it I have had to jump start it 5 times.I take it back to the dealership all they do is charge the battery and try to say I left something on and send me back home
