Not what i expected. The nail shape is bad , french tip is done bad, made the side of my nail bleed, very overpriced for short nails.

I’ve been coming to get my nails done here for about 2.5 years and the work is consistently amazing! I’ve done all types of designs, even brought my child in to get serviced and they are super polite. Highly recommended!
Requested style: I prefer coffin and no more than medium length. I try not to keep them too long.
Specialties: Nail art designs, pedicures (any type), waxing services
Cleanliness: Very clean

I had a dipping powder manicure done in an ombre style.
Update: I had an acrylic powder manicure done for a special occasion and a gel ultimate pedicure. Annie and Kim were very friendly and took their time.

I was there for the first time today! Very good work on the pedicure and manicure. The customer service is very good too and they catered to my wishes!

So tried this shop out before I went on vacation back on 8/19. My nails were awesome when Candy finished.
On top of that it’s been about 4 weeks, I haven’t had time to go get a fill in and they aren’t lifting, pulling my hair or doing anything, still looking good, ok except the new growth part. I am extremely impressed, at the other nails shops I have visited since relocating to GA my nails have never lasted more than two weeks.
Awesome!! See you this weekend.

I got my nails done on Thursday (pics 1&2) and unfortunately it still hurts (today pic 3). I’ve been here one time b4 and a guy did my nails beautifully. However, the main young lady that does the greeting does NOT want to be there.1. She assaulted my cuticles using the electric file with rough (not soft) tip piece or board - twice! See pics.I really believe she did this on purpose. She was so mean(more than rude).2. My nails are so crooked and she really pretended like she couldn’t tell the difference. I said to make them more coffin to fix it. She refused. So I asked for design to distract from the crookedness. She didn’t (or acted like she didn’t) understand the design I wanted. See pics.3. Yep! She charged me full price for everything. Even extra for the design. I just paid without arguing since I was headed out of town and had other stops to make. Smh4. What’s the worst and most hurtful part of all of this??? SHE NEVER APOLOGIZED! It seemed as though she HATED me for some unknown reason. I really believe she hates doing nails. When my finger heals, I’m going somewhere else to get my nails fixed.**** SIDE NOTE: The mom did my toes perfectly and I didn’t want to leave this review bcuz of her. I left her $10 tip.****

Very hard working people here. Customer service is 5 stars. Their location needs a makeover but I know times are hard tho. They did toes great. Hands mediocre. I do like them. Bit they are not necessarily the best nail techs for anything more then simple
