Very outstanding customer service! We had spent some time in children's healthcare of Atlanta and we were greeted at the door with our little girls medicine ready! Thank you for the extra kindness to make sure our little one gets well!

We went here for the first time today with a Ritalin prescription. We were given a completely different medication that my child has never been on. We were given amphetamine (generic for Adderall). Before my wife left she spoke to the pharmacist who insisted this was the generic for Ritalin. She went to the car and called me. I called our regular pharmacy to verify what the medication was. They verified that we were given the WRONG medication. Not only were we given the wrong meds but the pharmacist gaslit my wife. I called and he was pretty rude and said “what do you want? Ritalin?”. I reiterated that I wanted the medication that was prescribed for my child. My wife went back and they supposedly had the medication ready. On the way to the car, she checked the label and AGAIN it was the wrong medication. My wife went back as they were walking our to give her the corrected prescription. I called and spoke to the manager who was sorry this happened but honestly didn’t seem to grasp the weight of the situation. If we hadn’t triple checked, my child could have been given the wrong medication over and over. This was incredibly frustrating and upsetting.

This Pharmacy is amazing. My Son has a genetic condition called CDG which requires him to have a sugar replaced in his body. They were the only pharmacy able to figure out a working compound for the sugar supplement. It has worked wonders with my Son. We don’t live very close to the pharmacy. So I had my Sons other medications sent there, so I could pick up everything at the same time. My Mom just called and they delivered his other meds to our house. So amazing I don’t even think It’s paid for yet. I have to scan it when I get home from picking up the kids at school. I have appreciated their kindness so much. Amazing people, they have been so nice from the first day we met them, I would recommend them to anyone needing not only a pharmacy, but a compounding pharmacy.

Highly recommend this pharmacy! They are able to resolve issues the bigger (Kroger/CVS) pharmacy's just seem to not be able to handle. And they delivered this order! They are caring and considerate and I will try to get my future orders to be sent to them!And they are Local!Appreciate the "Friendly Service"!

Very bad experience. I came there to fill a prescription. I was not greeted at all. When I gave the pharmacist my prescription he wanted to call the doctor office to confirm the prescription which was fine. Once the staff in the office confirmed who the doctor was and and that they see weight loss patients and regular office visits the pharmacist was still being apprehensive to fill the prescription and when I asked him what was the problem he didn’t have a reason and told me to fill my prescription some where else. Very very disappointed in this service. I do not recommend them AT ALL if you don’t want to be interrogated about a simple prescription.

My mom can’t swallow pills. She needed an antibiotic in liquid form. Walgreens, CVS, Target couldn’t get it for her. Publix had an IV option. She was in so much pain because she waited to go to urgent care. My sister and I called around and Mohammed was able to compound the Cipro for her. After two doses, her pain was significantly less and she was able to walk without a walker. I was also able to treat myself to a ring in the store made from the stone aqeeq from Yemen.

Awesome Professional Pharmacy. Very professional but also very personal and actually care about their clients and their health concerns. They go the extra mile with spending time with you and making sure that your health care is exactly what you need and care about your needs. They help with insurance and don’t mind making calls for you to get your prescription filled with insurance and take extra time to explain everything that you need to know. I have the up most respect for this pharmacy as well as the family who owns and provides personal care for their clients. I have been going to this pharmacy since 2013. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. You don’t find people like these people anymore. Reminds me of when I was younger. Growing up with my father and he would take me to family own businesses. Telling me how important it was for the small family own business because they care unlike the big corporations.
