Let me just start by saying, I just moved to the area and since day one of entering this establishment it has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL customer service. The people who run the establishment make sure every purchase you make you will love. They are honest about every product in the store so that you are not making any unnecessary purchases. The rewards program to ensure customer retention is top-tier. I could be surrounded by 100 other smoke shops and I will always choose lil-burn. If he doesn’t have what you need in stock he will GET IT in stock. They care about their customers and lil-burn will always have a “lil family” in me. Guaranteed!

This shop is the best hands down from customer service to making you feel so welcomed and its like a lil family. Their products are definitely worth what you pay for them. And if anything goes wrong they take care of it right then and there they dont try to beat around the bush like i’ve seen a couple other smoke shops do. So 10/10 best shop in lilburn!!

Today was my first time going in, even though I live a mile away. One of the owners took his time to explain everything. He also said they would stock anything you prefer if you come back regularly. Seems like I found my new go to spot.
