Disappointed, I paid $90 dollars for a card to go on days when there is no staff and the door is always open. Any person enters the premises without control. It is also dangerous for the women and clients of the premises. Totally disappointed.

I haven’t been to this gym in almost a year now and they’re still charging me because I was told “I had signed a contract” and I would have to pay over $1,000 for cancellation fees even though I had moved out of the area. I have had valuables stolen out of my locker, important documents and gifts that had sentimental value and cannot be replaced (even with a combination lock on it how, idk). I would not recommend this gym to any of my family or friends, but if you do decide to get a membership here I would highly recommend you read the fine print, & not change your living situation for at-least a year. Best besides that, the equipment isn’t bad and it’s 24/7 access if you pay for that plan. The showers aren’t the cleanest and I was sent into collections because of an employee’s incompetence. After returning from a break, an employee here charged me, what should have been and what I believed was my total remaining balance, but he in-fact missed a month, so my account was then sent onto collections. Imagine how frustrated you would be if you made what you believed to be was the full balance payment and days later receiving a call from a lady at a law firm basically threatening you and saying that your account was sent into collections on behalf of this gym and that you had an outstanding balance due that you were not aware of. Never mind the negative effect it would have on my credit history and credit score. That alone is frustrating, but now consider how you would feel if this happened over a gym you rarely attended and was stuck making payments for even though you were no longer living in that state.

The staff seems nice and friendly the signing up was very informative about the programs they have available to want to try. I would recommend if ur looking for a gym that is affordable and has the equipment and staff to help achieve your goals.

Love this gym! They have a lot of gym equipments and machines for strength training and cardio. The gym and locker room are always clean. Friendly staff and a sense of community here. I go in the morning so it is not crowded at all.

My experience with ATL Fitness has been one of the best decisions I made since switching from a differnt gym. They have great customer service and very accommodating. They offer many different classes. The gym has a wide variety of different machines where i'm not having to waiting on someone to use a machine. Great atmosphere. It's just been a great experience overall, I definitely recommend this gym.

Decent gym but the management is pretty scummy. Expect to be charged multiple times for a single month, and to pay $57 even after your contract has ended. I’d suggest avoiding this place and going somewhere with better values as a company.

Sooooo I’m normally gym shy… But this has been the best experience ever!Joining the gym has been a blast! Welcoming and Friendly staff. Judgement free workspace. 24/7 access is super awesome! Trainers who actually have patience to properly coach you thru your workout at your own pace (Shouout to Marlene Gonzalez)Thank you to Cody the GM for being informative, welcoming and treating us as family as well.I'm glad my husband and I made the decision to join and we look forward to continuing being apart of ATL Fitness 24/7 - Beaver Ruin!
