I went to get my car fixed since it was making noise, on the right front side of the vehicle. When I went to pick up my car I didn’t notice no difference at first the noise was gone but once I started driving the vehicle the noise was still there.

I had my 2014 Honda Accord recently fixed here, it was having a lot of issues with the engine idling which often caused the car steering wheel to lock up while driving and not getting any acceleration when I would step on the gas. I have tried to get it diagnosed and repaired at a couple places with little to no success since the issue came back again after a few days.
With that said, I was quite impressed with how the people at JN Auto Repair understood my problem and was able to solve it. The head mechanic educated me on what could be the causes and advised me what he would do to get rid of the issue. It has been about a month since then, the car has been working great and I no longer have to worry about my car being essentially shut down in the middle of driving.
The lady at the front desk was also very transparent and straightforward when it came to pricing, she made sure I understood my costs and what I was paying for.
I really appreciated their help, this level of professionalism and customer care sets them apart from the places I’ve tried before.
Would extremely recommend this place if you are having consistent problems with your car, they will take care of it ?

Poor customer service at JN auto reair the lady is very rude and curt she stated she will make no negotiations on car pricing which is very unprofessional.if you are in the market for a reliable car and honest customer service I would stay far away from here.so I do not recommend getting your car to getting serviced at this place.STOP STOP STOP

Great people, great service JN are my go-to for auto repair. From start to finish they were polite, professional, and responsive to my needs and concerns. Some of the things that I like best about this workshop is that on each occasion I've used them I've been able to leave my vehicle there and the work has been completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. The front office and mechanic kept me updated regarding my work and they were upfront and reasonable about costs. I now take both mine and my wife's KIAs here and each time they've looked after us like we were friends.Services: Steering & suspension replacement

Being new to the area I took a chance at going to this auto repair shop for a simple repair. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and fair. The mechanic even took the time to show me what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Then he also showed me other repairs I might have to have in the future as well. I felt so taken care of. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance and repairs and give referrals to my friends and family.
