Don’t go here. Pick ANY HR Block besides this one. Made a 1pm appointment and showed up 20 mins early and waited over an hour to be seen. Why have an appointment scheduler if it doesn’t even exist when you come in??? Horrible service. I made the appointment for the reason of my time schedule

This establishment NEEDS to make sure they hire PROFESSIONALS to do their JOB!! It’s clear the advisor assigned to my taxes this time around had not a clue as to what he was doing! I asked him about a question presented on the filing and he had no clue as to what it meant, but instead told me I didn’t use it the previous year so I guess that alone is why I should disregard. I’m usually understanding once I sense an employee may be new, but not when it comes to my MONEY! All in all between the coughing and the bad service done with my taxes I can honestly say I don’t think i’ll be back to this location. Never has the process took this long to reach no where. I wasn’t asked questions that I’m normally asked and was beyond shocked when the employee said we were done and presented me with numbers! Never has my state refund been HUNDREDS of dollars, much less HIGHER than my FEDERAL and it’s basically the same jobs ..HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..HONESTLY !!
