Employees lack basic skills to help customers and they are so unorganized when it comes to check outs. It's took me about 35min to check 1 water line and a power cord. While we waited there were about 7 Employees seating around on the phones. It was just a very distasteful experience.

I just left the home Depot on 78 near the IHOP, Jamie gave the best customer service that I have ever received at a home depot. They didn't have what I was looking for, but Jamie made my visit less frustrating. He went far and beyond and also showed me items that are similar, very knowledgeable. Thank you Jamie

I came in to place a very large order that needed to be shipped/delivered to an elementary school. I can’t remember the name of the manager and sales associate that helped me, but they were really awesome. I truly appreciate how helpful they were.
