“I am so happy with my purchase, Hassan was amazing and patient and answered all of my questions. He’s my go to! Also the delivery team Sebastian and Spencer were amazing!! They took great care of my sofa. Despite the rain, mud outside and stairs to get to my unit, my white sofa was not stained nor wet due to their strategic method while bringing it in. Also they worked quickly it took them 10-15 minutes to get 7 pieces unloaded off the truck, up the stairs and into my unit. I told them I didn't want a remote I have to pair with my cell phone, what did they send, a remote which I have to pair. I'm 80 and don't understand written instructions, it's been 3 days now and I still can't get this thing right. I need help.”
