Customer service is terrible! I'm leaving the store without a purchase as neither one of the employees even spoke to me the entire time that I was there. Both were on their phones (the female was more on her cell than the male). As the only client in the store I shouldn't have to hunt down a worker for assistance.

This store had all the latest styles, my son is 14 and loves to shop here. The staff is always helpful and very courteous. Great customer service.

Walked in the store and was greeted but wasn't offered any help. I already knew what I wanted and size so I went directly to the shoe and waited until the only person on the floor was finished doing whatever she was doing. I waited and said excuse me but didn't get a response. Then a male employee walked out the back (very unprofessional walked out with hood on his head, crust in his eyes) didn't acknowledge me standing right there waiting to be helped. He went to the register with the female but I still received no assistance. I walked out and still no one uttered another word. Fyi, I was the only one in the store at noon.

Representative helped me sign up for a rewards program that got me a free product to go along with my new borns that I absolutely adore. Thank you!He also properly unlaced them so I know how they should be worn and could easily put them on.

Great customer service. Was able to walk in after checking app for the sneaker I wanted. Variety of selections to choose from outside of the normal stock items in every sneaker store.
