Had a failure with a hearing aid, called the Lilburn store, they had an opening in the afternoon.
It was easy fix. She also helped me with my domes, to further improve my hearing and adjust sounds.
Very happy with the customer service!!!

This location is wonderful and kind gesture I went in as walk in because I couldn’t wait for an appt. I broke my hearing aid and need it fix asap to continue to function in the world. Dima the audiologist took me in without hesitation fixed my one issue. Then I asks if she fix another issue that a previous audiologist in Gainsville claims she couldn’t do anything. I was disappointed and couldn’t believe her response. However Dima fixed my issue I walk out as satisfied clients I will be going to this location from now on.

The young women in this office greet you like you are family. They treat you like you are family. And they are so very gentle, especially the ones that have to stick a scope in your ear!

They are very helpful but they need to actually tune her hearing aids for her.
