Just to drop off you have to waste 15 minutes. Service is bad, careless employee. Yes just one guy. I was the only one there still the wait time. Compare to local ups this place sucks. Even post office is better, my bad. My post office is really good.

The FedEx driver was amazingly helpful. I had been sent a form to sign and a return label, but they didn't give me a return pkg. He figured it all out so I could still get my package where it needed to go by the next morning!!!
