After paying then they told me that it does not have service to the country I need. Not only do I have to go back to get my packages and my money, but they leave frequently and leave the office open without attending to one or the client's packages. They are supposedly at lunch...but it has already been 30 minutes after the time written on the door.

Scammers must say. They made me pay without guaranteeing ANYTHING to call me later saying that they are not shipping to the country I needed. They are going to refund my money and I have to return to receive my packages back. They almost took him (where could it be?) The workers are misinformed and not attentive, they keep leaving the office with the door open and the packages there. Many Latin American countries no longer work... including Mexico?! How crazy! Look for guaranteed and certified services!

I had made a couple of shipments and everything was fine.Until November when I made a shipment which never arrived, months passed and the only thing they told me was to wait for it to arrive,Just in April after 4 months, they filed the claim as a lost box.I have not yet received any refund.They give $100 for lossIt is strange that of the 2 boxes I sent, the one with the most valuable things was lost.What a shame that such a large company does not know how to treat customers.They don't even know how to apologize.

I was a little suspicious because I had read bad reviews of the place, but I can say that my experience with them was very good. From the moment I arrived at the front, the person was very kind, he told me that it would take a week and a half for my tracking guide to appear and it did, the day they said it would be delivered, my box was delivered just as I sent it. .

It is not reliable, my package did not arrive at its destination, I lost about $650 dollars, I filed a claim, maybe I will only recover 100, I would not send anything out there again. Good luck to those who continue to send.
