I am shocked at any negative reviews!!! The people at this office were amazing from the receptionist is think his name was Darius. To my nurse Shaunti I think her name was. Dr Simmons was super attentive and informative. She seemed concerned about me genuinely....oh the phebotomist I didn't get here name but I believe its just her beautiful joyful spirit. Ive got small veins yall if you know about you know getting blood can be tasking and painful. Not with her! I didn't feel it go in and I didn't feel it go out. Literally took 20 seconds!!! Best doctor trip ever!!

2 times I made appointment and the day of appointment they said you don’t have appointment. Since they become part of Emory new system this clinic become very unprofessional. If you become sick forget about you will get dr appointment maybe one day when you already become cured.

I trying feel support in my health journey with PA Hong. Best medical relationship that I have ever had. All my stats have improved in less than a year. I also love the new My Charts app. Emory changes have nothing to do with the personnel at this office.

About when Emory took over, this office didn't seem to care about patients, but since then it has gotten a whole lot better. Solid 4 stars and I'd like to see it move to 5. Dr. Frantz is amazing.

Great experience Dr.Simmons always listens to my concerns and addresses each issue 1 by 1. Front desk staff is always friendly to me. Happy I switched to this location. Never a long wait.

This was the most efficient and pleasant doctors visit I've ever had. PA Michelle Hong is delightful and made this slight commute so worth it. I will keep as my PCP as long as she's available to do so. Thank you Michelle!

Currently here waiting… appointment was at 1:45, it’s now 2:45 and the doctor has yet to even come in. Super friendly staff but clear your WHOLE day & be prepared to WAIT to be seen

Since Emory took over the practice has gone down hill. It is impossible to get a presciption refilled. The won't get back to a request from the pharmacy for a week to 10 days. Now I have to call, which will take me days. Please Emory do something about this.

Idk why everyone complains, I am able to make, change, or cancel appointments with ease. Every member I have interacted with has been fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable! So glad my neighbor who's a physician recommended this office to me!

I am EXTREMELY frustrated with the changes that have come since this office has become a part of the Emory system. It literally takes 45+ minutes to speak to someone at the appointment switch board just to be told appointments aren't available for weeks; even for sick visits. On 3 different occasions I have needed ER follow-up visits (different members of my family), as well as children/husband with illnesses, and the office could not accommodate appointments. Just yesterday my son needed an ER follow-up due to a significant injury and the office offered an appointment 2 and a half weeks AFTER the ER specified my son needed to be seen by his primary care physician. I asked the nurse will he be ok if the ER says he should be seen within 48 hours but he has to wait 2.5 weeks for an appointment. Her response was "I don't know I'm not a doctor." That was my last straw. I basically told them what was the point of continuing with them for primary care for my family if consistently there's never appointments available for weeks when they are sick.

I signed to get my blood drawn while they were at lunch after 11:30 am at room 105. I didn't know if they closed for lab 30 min. before going to lunch from 12:00 pm -1 pm. So, I signed for lab at exactly 1pm. When they opened again, the lab white nurse "Xena" called a woman before me although I signed before that woman. When she called me I told her that it was unfair.Another time, I signed for lab at room 104 at 9:45am. The lab nurse was scheduled to start late which I didn't know. I waited for almost 2 hrs until the lab nurse in 104 came. The lab nurse in 105 didn't want to draw my blood because of the previous incident. This is unacceptable.
