Be aware drivers come to deliver and write the tip amount on their own. It’s only when you check your bank statements, you will realize that Domino’s has charged you extra without your knowledge in the name of tip. Be aware of the THEFT!!!! This was happening with me since how many years, I have no track of it.

Well I visited the location on super bowl. Ordered a pasta for my daughter and pizza for my son. Get to the house and my daughter is eating and than pulls the longest piece of hair out her pasta. Totally gross. Call and spoke with assistant manager and felt as if she didn't care.. I have worked with Domninos many years but I feel they should wear hair nets. Especially at this location.And while I'm standing waiting ,cause clearly it takes 10 people to pass out one order ,I noticed the hygiene of the employees wasn't good. Women and men especially with long hair not pulled back, no haircuts, and no hand washing procedures.. Come on Domninos, what happen to procedures and hygiene.. will not return. My daughter was mortified.bunch of nasty kids working there.

5575 Lawrenceville Hwy Lilburn GA 30047 is the worse. The delivery is shoddy. Ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter orange soda. It took 20 minutes to deliver when they are 4 minutes from me. They forgot the sod. It's been 45 minutes and still no soda or refund.

As usual, they delivered on the pizza. Has a 50% off coupon going on and I quickly pounced on it. Not sure if it was just this location, but they didn't have any XL pizzas

I can only assume corporate has passed down some order to delivery time relegations or competition. I see no other reason for my pizza to arrive undercooked and raw in the center. Sure I got it exceptionally fast but it was gross, doughy and inedible. would have preferred to have gotten it 10-15 minutes later And cooked through.
