I truly hope this one reaches the right person in leadership. The customer service I experienced this morning was extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable.
I walked in and asked a simple question. The older lady with freckles, who appeared to be on a personal phone call at the time, responded with unnecessary rudeness. Rather than offer any help, she was dismissive and condescending. I was shocked at how I was spoken to, especially considering all I did was ask a basic question.
What made the experience worse is that she later came back—not to clarify or apologize—but to start another argument, continuing the interaction in a completely unprofessional manner. Even more disturbing, she continued having a full conversation (while still on the clock) about me and the situation, as if it were entertainment.
This is not only a poor reflection on customer service, but also on how this location operates. As someone who values time and mutual respect, it was disheartening to witness such disregard, especially while I was clearly trying to remain calm and respectful.
I sincerely hope this review is taken seriously. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for asking a question. Leadership needs to be aware of how this kind of behavior affects customer experience—and ultimately, the reputation of the business.

I received outstanding customer service from Tomeka Williams. I had gone to two others stores looking for aluminium foil sheets she went over and above to provided excellent customer service.

So the first time I’ve ever been into a dollar tree ? that was crowded… this location is tucked back in the corner of this shopping plaza … I wondered if it was a hidden gem ?… there was almost no one in it… I was specifically looking for small travel size products for a go bag and I was not disappointed… having already been to a few larger box stores, I found exactly what I was looking for in hygiene, some medicinal ?, small utensils ? and other items… whereas it’s not all comprehensive, their selection was very helpful… and affordable of course … this store does have a draw back… almost every isle is overrun and in disarray… I only saw one employee running the register… maybe they need more help on the floor to get it put back together.
