Dollar General: Located at~5570 Lawrenceville Hwy Nw Lilburn, GA 30047-6046. Worst experience of a Lifetime. The manager was the rudest most obnoxious woman in the WORLD. Just got off the phone with DG corporate, and will call every day until this human is FIRED. She called me names and was extremely rude and I will not STOP until this person is FIRED. Watch your Social Media sites for this to continue, until; SHE IS FIRED!!! When asked for HER name, she replied "None of your business, Bitch". I went in asking where Diet Coke was (they have rearranged the store) and she said "What, are you blind? It is right there! You look like a clown, Bozo!" this she said to a CUSTOMER. Then she LIED and said she did not work there (with her Dollar General attire on LOL) , I have never been talked to by ANY employee of ANY retail establishment, and if I ever worked at one where some human chose to talk like her filth mouth, they would be FIRED immediatly!!! No questions asked! I will be calling HR/Corporate DAILY until something is DONE here.

The store is filthy dark and unstocked.The manager fat middle aged lady with ponytail that dives a bmw and black guy who always wears a baseball cap with glasses are always rude and unhelpful they direct you to use self checkout. I ALWAYS feel unwelcomed by these 2 managers. The lady manager had a whole brawl out with me on the floor in front of customers she went back and forth with me across the store and told me to leave if I don't like her being unprofessional.To be treated like that from management is totally unacceptable. There's always merchandise on carts in aisle which is definitely a SAFETY hazard. There's never anyone to assist you in the daytime. The 2 mgrs I mentioned was outside discussing customers negatively to local employees of neighboring business. These 2 refuses to greet customers assist customers. The store is ALWAYS dirty and unstocked. I asked the fat lady manager for corporate number she said she don't have it. I expressed my concern she said if I didn't like it I can go elsewhere. Then she said BYE and walked away from me. The guy will walk away from the register when he see you enter and go to the office in the back and tell you to use self checkout. I've been operations management for 30yrs and I'm amazed there still in business but the truth is I don't have a choice but to use them because it's the only store in that area. It's sad I was glad when I saw this sign posted with barcode etc to complain. It was only posted for a few days so I'm glad I took the number when I did

"Patricia" the store manager is by far the most disrespectful unprofessional so called Manager I've ever came encounter with.Let me start by saying I waited approximately 5 min before she walked from the back to ring me out. I first loaded $100 dollar to my card, I quickly asked her could I add more and she stated SHE would have to void it. I said no worries, I didn't want to take her through the trouble. After loading my card I then wanted to purchase a item that was around $4.00 and some change but I only had a $50 bill on me so she then stated I can't change this you only spending $4 dollars. I began to stare at her because I couldn't believe the way this lady just spoke to me and I wasn't sure how long it would take for the funds to be available on my card because I'm new to this type of transaction. So I asked her why are you being so rude to me I'm not rude to you, I can't recall what she said at that exact moment because I only saw RED!!! I told her that I'm one of the most nicest people she would ever meet so I'm just not understanding the reason behind her actions. She then asked me did I want the item or not & I said no I don't want it she said Okay BYE!! I said what is wrong with you and she ranted on about me trying to use $50 to purchase a $4 dollar item. I walked out shaking because I couldn't process what type of human being I just came in contact with. I then walked back in to ask PATRICIA for her name because at that time I didn't know her name because it wasn't displayed on her shirt but another employee provided me with her name. When I asked her she said I'm not giving it to you...She said why so you can call cooperate because that's all you people from "Georgia" do is call cooperate. I told her to have the day that she deserves. I'm so glad my day prior to entering dollar general was pleasant, uplifting & promising which had my spirit high & full of grace because you never know what a person is going through and today could have been my breaking point BUT GOD!!! Patricia get it together or just stay home. Stop going the extra mile to be so rude to people. U walked up to the register already with negative energy after I waited almost 5 minutes & still was Okay with that. U by far is the worst person I've came across in a lonnnngggg time. Dollar general please be mindful who you select as leaders in your establishment.

If I could give no stars I would. Rude is an understatement. Was told it was store policy that I had to leave my purse at the register and when I told them no I will not I was greeted with attitude. Never go there.

Manager was really rude on the phone so I used self check out to see price since she was so busy talking about who she was going to fire. Then started coming at me with an attitude for using self checkout as price check. It’s too bad she’s having such a bad day to take it out on others.

Thats a great store, lots of stuff..good stuff great prices, just bought a bottle of vitamin c with rose hips for $3.00 anywhere else it would probably be $6.50+ so yeah..

have not been into Dollar general in quite a few months due to the neglect of the store but the guy who's in there now has really done a great job making the store look so much better than it did before. I think his name is Steve and you can tell he cares about the business. I'll be coming back now.
