I have never seen such a bad and unprofessional male pharmacist works on this store. I gone several days to pickup my Trulicity medication, but this pharmacist always said there is no your medication. After three weeks out of my medication. Once a day I spoke this pharmacist on telephone to ask the availability of the medication at the store and he said only we have one month supply and the cost will be increase by double, but my usual refills were 90 days. I went to the store to pickup one month supply, but by the chance I got a female pharmacy technician works with him, I explained to her this situations, then she checked and she got a full 90 days supply with the normal price. I don't understand why this pharmacist hide the medications and he tried to give me only one month supply. The company supervisors or managers be aware and mentor this unprofessional man.

Prescription was called in at 7:30 am when I arrived at 2:30 pm they said it wasn’t ready yet and they just pulled the voicemail. 7 hours is absolutely wild. Needless to say we won’t be back

The staff is not knowledgeable and honestly seemed unwilling to try or attempt to assist. It was easier to say “ I don’t know how to do that”. And when I call customer service, they tell me it would be easier done in store. Poor customer service.

Today my mom drove me to this particular CVS store to meet the manager behind the cashier register, and as soon as she saw me she straight up rudely looked at me up and down and gave me a death stare while my mom was trying to introduce her to me. All I was trying to do was give her my contact information so that she might consider calling me to inform me about getting a job there and this is the way I was treated. Mind you, I have NEVER met this lady or seen her in my life until today and it was a BAD experience. She is not friendly at all!!!

I’m so upset at this pharmacy. My baby has RSV and a double ear infection. My husband dropped off his prescriptions at 10:30 and it wasn’t until 6:45 I got the message that it was ready but they close at 7 so we didn’t make it in time. Have to wait until 10am tomorrow to pick up the meds when they open and I couldn’t be more upset.

The woman that checked me out was the sweetest and most informative person I’ve ever met at any CVS I has no idea there was a rewards program she explained it to me and signed me up. She answered all my questions about it and was very professional and patient. This location it not the closest to me but I will certainly be driving to this one, because as a Manager myself, I love great service!!!

This cvs location is filled with people who do the bare minimum and get paid to do so. The Pharmacy in particular. I had a Pharmacist tell me that she couldn't fill my prescriptions even though the Pharmacy was open for another 2 and a half hours.

As I write this, I have boon on hold for OVER AN HOUR to see why my prescription wasn't completely filled. Furious at the moment would be an understatement.
