Don't have your passport photos taken here - both mine and my husband's photos were rejected when we turned in our passport applications. We ended up having our photos taken again during the passport application process (and paying again). When I returned the photos to CVS and asked for a refund I was denied because I didn't have the paper receipt from when I paid for the passport photos. Wasn't offered an in-store credit, nor an apology. Worst customer service ever - will take my business elsewhere.

Extremely long wait at the pharmacy. Management needs to staff the pharmacy even more. Disappointing. Pharmacy makes money. Pay more employees.

Caught myself thinking after years going here : if it is anything but picking up Rx and if it requires interaction with staff it will be stressful . If someone wants to do a “hidden camera” about absence of concept of “customer care” in retail this is a good location. Ask any question any staff member any time - the answer guaranteed to be inadequate . I actually went to another CVS not too far a way (Indian trail) and had a good experience. Go figure . Will avoid this one for any shopping

The most incompetent pharmacy in the universe every single time I went there was an issue Long waiting lines rude service lost medications and they ask so many questions they called me 3 times just to ask my date of birth

Absolutely the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. Takes forever whether it's a phone call, drive up, or in store. Several of the staff in the pharmacy are incredibly rude. Prescriptions are frequently out of stock with no indication of when they'll be available. This is the closest location to me but I'll be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere after 6mos of horrible customer service here.

I began using this location bc the location previously nearest to me closed. Customer service is non existent here. Whomever is answering the phones at the pharmacy is beyond rude: They are unaware of their tone, I asked a question about prior authorization process, and even though she eventually gave a response to my question, it was argumentative and sarcastic. It isn't in my nature to stoop down levels, so I still thanked her for the information, to which she abruptly hung up.It has been a week since I got a text alert from cvs and calling for answers seems to be impracticable w/ this location.

Pharmacist take forever to answer the call and when they do he is so rude and prescriptions are never in stock! I have to keep calling back to check. Waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy.

Overpriced items. Many items not in stock.ExtraCare bucks is a way too annoying to use and used to harvest data. Coupon categories are unclear. For example, what exactly are considered "cosmetics."

I swear to you, the chick with the tattooed neck is the absolute worst, ghetto, person ever to be in customer service. This is my third trip before leaving a review. This chick needs to be fired to the fullest. Just plain ratchet.

Had an appointment to get a Covid booster for my client, who is wheelchair disabled. Right before leaving to go there, got notified by CVS that it was cancelled. Called the pharmacy direct, explained what happened, and they fit us in. There was a computer error and they never got the appointment notification to begin with, but still got her the vaccination. All pharmacies are short staffed right now, and this was an incredible example of compassionate customer service. Thanks!
