Worst pharmacy techs in Georgia! Super rude staff and incredibly slow. Do yourself a favor and go to Publix or Walgreens. Things will likely be cheaper anyways

I am extremely pleased with the process of picking up prescriptions today at the CVS on 5575 Lawrenceville Hwy. The pharmacist who helped me, AROS, made sure I knew what each prescription was for, instructed me on how to give an injection that is needed, and looked up discounts to keep the cost down. He provided exceptional service, 10 out of 10!

I have tried multiple CVS stores all over Atlanta as I have moved to different locations in Georgia. I even tried mail order, but none of them can compare to the CVS store # 2084 on 5575 Lawrenceville Hwy. Lilburn Ga.\nThis Pharmacy is the most efficient pharmacy that I have found. I never have to wait more than a day, and they always have my medications in stock. Even the Opioids that I take. They are always polite, friendly, and I have never had to wait more than 30 minutes in line even at the busiest times of the day. I now live in Snellville and I will drive to Lilburn to get my medications because the encounters that I have had with the CVS Pharmacys here in Snellville have not been good. They were very Rude and dismissive,and when I told them that I could get the prescriptions that they wouldn't fill at the Lilburn location they were dismissive and told me that there was no way that I was getting those meds because every CVS had that med on back order. When I switched back to CVS from the mail order Pharmacy I told them that the CVS in Lilburn was the best Pharmacy in Atlanta and the surrounding areas, and I will recommend this Pharmacy, and \" ONLY THIS PHARMACY IN LILBURN \" to anyone and everyone that is in need of a great Pharmacy. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and I am a very hard woman to please. Keep up the great work.

A little backstory, I have been picking up my medicine for the cancer I have here at this CVS location for 5 years. It is a long and tedious process for me to even get this medication delivered and it must be picked up within a week of being delivered before I have to go through the process all over again and then some. At first, I was very patient with the CVS pharmacist because I understand things get misplaced, packages are late, whatever the case may be but to be lied to multiple times, treated like I was in the wrong, and even told to " get my medication and get out " is beyond me. Like I said, I have been picking up this medication every month for the past 5 years. At first it started with being told I do not have an account there yet the account was found by another pharmacist 5 minutes later. Then I was told multiple times my medication was not there when in reality it was misplaced around the store. I went on Wednesday to pick up my medication and they told me that it was not there. At this point I was getting very frustrated with them misplacing my medication so many times and I was told to come back at 7pm. I came back around 7 and was told again that they did not have my medication nor did they receive any mail that day. Not even two seconds later another pharmacist was holding the medication in his hands saying they received them. The CVS pharmacists who were working, their names are Aros and Shiv, were extremely unprofessional and even told me " get your medication and get out " after I asked why they lied to me. This pharmacy is extremely unprofessional to the point that I have had multiple other customers express the issues they have had as well. I even had one customer come up to me saying how she has so many issues with the pharmacy and gave me a recommendation for another one. It's a shame since I have been coming here for 5 years and been a customer of CVS for long before.

I waited in the drive thru for 40 minutes, and never moved. I went inside, they only had 2 people working, but neither knew how to process insurance. Then want to argue with people about their medications. The Worst customer experience.

Every time I come, its atleast 20-45 minutes wait..I'm here in line right now and there are 4-5 cars behind me. One car infront of me already drove off.

Every time I call to speak with the pharmacy it is at least a 5 to 15 minute wait before I can actually speak to someone. The opening message is very long before you can even choose an option. Then it takes minimum of 3 minutes for someone to pick up and without a word you are put on hold. Today once I was transferred to the pharmacy I was put on hold 3 times without a word and 8 times with only the word hold being spoken (no please or we'll be with you shortly - nothing - just "hold"). It literally took over 15 minutes to finally speak with the pharmacy. And it is that way every time I've called this pharmacy in Lilburn. In addition, the pharmacist is extremely unhelpful and rude. For sure I will not be using this pharmacy next year (when I change my prescription plan).

This place is the absolute worst.. workers don't even bother to assist you on top of that they're incompetent. Went to get my picture taken but one of the workers said I needed to get a haircut because he couldn't "fit" it in the photo and told me to get it braided after I waited for a good 30 mins. Went to Walgreens and got my photos instantly.
