Do not bring your car to them. Brought my vehicle to them only needing a catalytic converter and battery. After the work was “done” and I got my car back, I was only able to drive it home. They need to shut this place down for its janky work. I’d give them no starts if I could. Now I see why this place isn’t BBB accredited. This place does terrible work and the owner is a racist.

Don’t wast your money with these folks. Brought my car in because my brakes was making noise. When I picked it up it’s still making noise. So I paid $500 and my car still not fixed. I hate writing a bad reviews on other business because I’m a business owner, but it has to be done. When I brought my car in to get it looked at? I’m pushed to the back of the line even though I already paid for my service. Now I’m being told it’s my back for additional $160 for just pads. So I came to my regular mechanic Kim’s Auto and he’s only charging &300 for pads and rotors when they charged $500 for the same thing.

Please don’t waste your time or money here the mechanics drink alcohol while clocked in they will charge for work they don’t do. Spent over $1000 for alignment and power steering pump that was never replaced. They don’t even deserve one star.

The very worst place you could consider taking your vehicle. My car ran hot so I called to find out if they would check it out. I was told that they would and to bring it right in. I explained to the gentleman that this is my only source of transportation and I needed the issue resolved immediately. Once I had my car towed to their location, I was told that they couldn't diagnose it for another 3 days. When I told them I was told to bring the car in, they started acting like I hadn't spoken to anyone that worked there. I called the number back and the person I spoke with was the owner. Once they realized their mistake, they proceeded to tell me that they couldn't work on the car for another 3 days. I used the towing benefit provided by my insurance carrier, which only allows one coverd tow per day, so now I'll have to pay out of pocket to have it towed to my mechanic. I'm out of $180 all because they wanted the business but not the promised comment to diagnose the same day, which they said they would. Beware of predatory businesses!!!

I was in a pinch and pulled into their shop off of pleasant hill because I heard a grinding noise and my brakes stopped working correctly. The lady in front was very nice and said her mechanic will be with me in a few minutes to discuss the problem. The guy came to me and said I needed a complete change of the brakes bearings and rotors and will cost $650.00!! I looked at the rotor and it was fine and told them to please just fix the bearings problem so I can make it home. They charged me $450.00 to fix a 20 dollar part!!!!! They knew I was vulnerable and in a emergency and took advantage me. I wouldn't trust this shop to do anything and I hope other people will see this review and think twice before using this dishonest opportunistic shop!!

Today I visited this place which I have been visiting for almost 3 years, with the difference that today the owner's mother served me, who is a terrible host, she has no tact to say things and speaks in a very derogatory manner, which made my visit the day of Today is very unpleasant after 3 years as a customer, my recommendation is to be a little more humble when treating a customer. The owner is totally different and I understand that due to busy times he cannot be in charge of customer service, yes. This is how I treat myself as I would treat the employees anyway, I set the example and I did not lower myself to their level, I waited patiently, they did my service, I paid and left. Thank you very much for the service and I am clear that because of the bad treatment of a person, no It makes a business bad, but they should give this lady a class of behavior so that she doesn't continue to have these attitudes with the public. Blessings, I wish you the best. I don't usually pay with the same treatment.
