My car was damaged in a fender bender in early July. After insurance approval, I had 2-estimates, one of which was Classic Collision Stone Mountain. I was pleasantly surprised to have my car inspected and estimate given by a woman, Frida, who was quite knowledgeable, so I chose Classic Collision. Frida informed me it would take approximately one week. When I picked up my vehicle it looked brand new, in addition it was clean and detailed like a brand new shiny penny. The worst collision centre.Took my vehicle for estimate, they took pictures and said will contact in 3 days with estimate.Called them several times to get the estimate but they never provided with an estimate till now.Its been more than a month.Imagine how long will be the wait to get the vehicle repaired,Will never recommend this place to anyoneVery disappointed

Classic Collision has committed fraud by stealing my insurance check and refusing to give it back to me.They haven't done any repairs on my car, and haven't even looked at my car or scheduled an appointment for my car, yet they have already cashed the check that my insurance company sent over. I initially chose classic collision for my auto body repairs because I had used them in the past. Upon choosing them my insurance sent over a check after the receptionist told them that they could repair my car as early as November 14. She lied, when I went up there to turn my car in she said that they actually would'nt be able to get me in until December. I chose a different auto body shop to go to, and my insurance company and I both reached out to classic collision about returning the check. The first time I called on Nov 10 the receptionist said it would take 2-7 days for my check to be returned. I waited the allotted time and called again and now they say that they are waiting to get the check back from "home base" in north carolina and their only means of reaching them is by email and they don't know how long it will take. This is costing me money that I don't have and now it is costing me my CAR!!! My car rental period is up, so now I'm coming out of pocket for a rental car while my car that has already been fixed for almost 2 weeks now is sitting in another auto body shop lot and The company that fixed my car is angry with me because they have not been paid. Classic Collision is creating so many problems for me when they could just cut me a check and be done with it. This company will be hearing from my attorney.

I took my 2000 BMW x3 with a cracked bumper, I had gotten 3 estimates they all came back saying $1800 i decided to go with classic because they were linked with my insurance . They took a week to look at my car. They sent a request for over $6000 to fix my cracked bumper, causing my insurance company to total my excellent condition car. Icould have replaced my engine for less. With so many other good options I would NEVER use this company again. You have been warned

Classic Collision had my husband's car for over 3 months. They initially told him it would be a quick turnaround. We were thinking 2-3 weeks or so. I understand the supply chain issues and things come up that delay workflow, but over three months when a quick turnaround was expected is more than excessive. In addition, over a month ago we started getting calls from them saying it would be ready in a couple of days yet somehow this never panned out. We have kids and both work so we have been borrowing a vehicle this entire time in order to function. However, our friend who was loaning us the vehicle needed it back, so my husband called to try and resolve this. They said they could not release it because there was an addendum to the insurance claim that was not resolved. Upon calling the insurance company we were told there was no outstanding insurance claim. Classic then told him that they had not yet even filed the addendum. They had the car for over 3 months and had not filed the insurance addendum. My husband sat there all day, literally from 9 AM to 4 PM, in order to get them to file the claim and get it resolved. On top of it, they acted put out or irritated that my husband was there trying to get his car back. I fully believe if he had not gone up there and sat there all day we would not have this car back for at least another week or more. I don't think this business started out trying to mislead us, but the manner in which they handled this situation was unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

Classical collision did not respect my vehicle. i took it in for body damage that was done rather quickly (2 1/2 weeks) but was returned to me still damaged. also my tires were bald and average mpg went down from 19 to 15. the engine bay was filthy and covered in dust and stuck tape, and strangely they put 730 miles on my car and excused it as a typo. i will not be returning.Services: Painting

I visited Classic Collision because my neighbor accidentally hit my car while it was parked. I appreciate the fast service provided and the detailed explanation of how to file my insurance claim with their insurance so I’m not charged for the damages.
