Took my daughter in looking for a prom dress. She worked with Yara. She was kind, friendly, and patient. She helped my daughter find the perfect dress! Usually so goes for pockets but this dress also had lights! She went to prom on Saturday and had a fabulous time! Thanks Cinderella staff for your kindness and patience with my teen and for helping her to feel like the princess she is. You have a loyal customer for all our special occasions!

We didn’t end up purchasing the dress here, but… we found a great selection of dresses and the staff was amazing (shout out to crystal) I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a prom dress.

We went here for my 12th grade prom, and let me tell you, the people working here are so helpful and kind. There were a couple of dresses that didn’t really fit me, and they were so quick to help and offer me hacks, tips, tricks, and simply expert advice for fitting and finding the right dress. They were on top of everything especially Cathey and Angie, they were really really kind to me and my family, and were so very supportive, which made our visit that much more enjoyable! There was not a single moment where I needed help, that they were not there to assist me with any of my concerns. They were probably related to the Flash, with how fast they were lolll!!! We found a really beautiful dress that everyone loved and agreed on, but the only problem was that it wasn’t available in my size. But instead of one of the employees putting it away, Cathey knew how much I liked it and offered to put an order in for one in my size right away! She also walked us throughout the entire seamless process and was so very helpful and attentive. I’m so glad we went to this shop instead of any other ones, because now I can be confident wearing a dress I love and look good in! Thank you SO MUCH Cinderella Gowns!! If you’re looking for an awesome place with plenty of variety in sizes and colors of dresses offered, spectacular customer service, and an amazing customer service experience and team, please come here! You won’t be disappointed!! We HIGHLY recommend for everyone!!

Cinderella's Gowns was great! When we first arrived, they measured my daughter to make sure looking for the right fit. Krystal was so sweet and patient with us as we tried on dresses. She was 10 out 10 customer service! All the employees were kind and helpful. You could also tell they enjoyed their Job. Thank you for helping to find the most beautiful prom dress.

Looking for a prom gown for 5'3" with a full chest. They had A huge selection of gowns, including a substantial and beautiful variety for size 12 and over (not just smattering of "mother of the bride" styles). Angie, helped us find several up to date and flattering styles. She was thoughtful, knowledgable about inventory, and quick to check options for colors and timelines for ordering. We went there first, found the perfect dress, then went to 4 other shops "just to be sure"... then came straight back to purchase our favorite. Thank you SO much for making it such a fun and successful outing!

I am disappointed to see how much Cinderella's Gowns has changed. The staff is no longer helpful. When my mom and I entered we were not greeted properly. It wasn't until we were 30 minutes in that one girl came up to us and asked if we wanted a changing room. After i tried on a dress I came out so my mom could help me zip the dress up. Clearly we were struggling with the zipper (there was staff nearby) and I had to ask one of the girls for help. The dresses are gorgeous but I was not pleased with the staff.

We have bought three quinceañera dresses at this establishment. We like their diverse selection of dresses and personal assistance from employees. We had the great pleasure of having Sara assist us today. She was very attentive and helpful during the whole process. We also appreciated her kind attitude and she overall made this a great experience.

Beautiful dresses. Horrible Staff. We weren’t assisted by anyone. Purchased a gown and pieces of the garment were missing. The staff was very short and rude when being confronted about the mishap.

The people were friendly, but they only had a few bridal dresses. Their website says otherwise. It's very misleading and frustrating to drive all the way there only to find out they don't really have anything.

I went into the store just to look around and the lady working there came up and asked me what i was looking for and i answered i just want to browse she started to get an attitude telling me how she NEEDS to know what im looking for it completely ruined my experience there
