Best teacher at this school left to go to public school. Lots of staff turnover. My child was injured and blamed for not telling on a classroom bully. There are better places to take your kids.

I never thought about how childcare could be stress free. We have been with Childtime Lilburn and Ms. Arnell for almost three years. I have seen limited turnover with teachers, clear communication between staff and parents and a genuine passion for children. My child loves school and adores the teachers. My child met every development milestone in her own way, the staff embraced her individuality! During some work from home time, the staff reached out to us to check in! We truly feel like Ms. Arnell and the other staff are apart of our family.

I stopped in to ask if there was any availability for my 20 month old and I let the manager on duty know that we are working from home during the Covid pandemic and could no longer handle our toddler and she was getting on our nerves. I could hear the manager on duty talking bad about me to another employee while I waited in the lobby! This is very unprofessional! We thought this location would be good for our child since it was so close to home and they could help us out, but making parents who are stressed out feel bad for a wrong choice of words is a bad business model and let’s me know you talk bad about all the parents at this center.I’ll stick with my Bright Horizons location and patiently wait for them to reopen.

I had an tour scheduled today and the woman on the phone was getting extremely irritated because I was asking questions. Living in Gwinnett county it’s extremly difficult to ding a lottery funded pre k. There is no reason to treat someone so rude because I asked some questions. If you hate ur job that much get a new one. If you can’t deal with people asking questions don’t answer the phone. I’m in customer service as a manager of a salon and I would NEVER make someone feel like they are taking up my time and say ma’am I have no idea how many kids are on the waiting list. If I were you I would go somewhere else their front desk person is the 1st person you see or talk to and if they are rude imagine the type of people they hire. SO MAD

Staff is very friendly and nice. It is very clean and meals they serve are healthy. They use the BrightWheel app to send updates all day long on how your child is doing including pictures. It took my 2 year old daughter a little over a month to warm up to having to go to daycare but she now loves going. She says "happy school". A happy child makes for a happy parent.

This Childtime has been great at working with my pre-k student and getting her engaged & excited about school. The staff is awesome and the director genuinely cares about the kids. My son is in second grade now and I wish we had sent him here for pre-k but he did not get to enjoy the experience like his baby sister. Thanks for everything Childtime of Lilburn, keep up the great work.

I would never recommend anyone to bring your child here. The staff I spoke with were extremely rude. Much better places around Lilburn.

My oldest son attends GA Pre-K here and after school care while my youngest boy has been in the baby class and is now in the toddler class. The director is amazing! She is very nice and truly cares about all of the children. The staff are super friendly and the communication is great. This is our first daycare situation so we were a bit surprised to see the turnover as it was. Not sure if that is 'normal' for daycare environments or what the deal is there. The 'core' folks stay around for sure but don't get too married to specific staff as they may not be there next time. With that being said, both of my sons are progressing and learning a lot each day. I like the amount of fun activities they do and can't wait for my son to participate in the school-age field trips and such!

I am amazed at the exceptional and friendly staff at Childtime. I feel safe and at ease to know that my son will be taken care of. He is in Mrs. Heeter and Mrs. Edward's Pre K class and he is always sharing the songs and poems he has learned at school. I am so glad I made the right choice for my son. Thanks for all you do!!
