Worst bank ever ! I opened my account Thursday morning and it was restricted/closed on Monday evening. Locked me out of my account and I can’t access my funds. The agent Believe K. Amur-Moevi was very much UNHELPFUL and should have stated if there was problems before but didn’t !

Chase Bank allows scammers to open up illegal bank accounts which are used to scam customers out of there money. See reports at CFPB complaints. Fraudulent account used by Chase account holder to take $10,000 dollars. Chase said that the person did not use a vetted ID to open the account used in the scam and that they are sorry. Did not return my money or do much of anything to return the stolen funds. Dont trust this bank with your hard earned money.

The most unprofessional bankers I have encountered. After waiting in line for 30 minutes and in the middle of a wire transfer. I was asked by another teller who wasn’t assisting me that I would need to wait because they needed to assist the person behind me. Only in certain neighborhoods is this allowed in. This place gets zero stars.

I thought everyone was lovely here. The woman checking people in(I'm unsure of her name), Believe (the manager) and the teller, Maha were all very warm, welcoming and efficient. They were able to help me right away and get me what I needed.

sent my assistant with deposit slip into the branch to deposit cash and this “ bank” don’t accept cash, according to these tellers - then they say “ only if you have a joint account “. just weird - i have business and personal accounts with Chase at least for now. Always something inconvenient never the opposite, last year with them

Went with my fiance to add her to my checking account. Simple right- literally took over an hour, branch manager could not figure out how to work this process or system. Believe I think was his name? rude, not helpful and incompetent. Ended up closing my account entirely with Chase due to the lack of competency of the manager.

This Chase Bank Branch have superb and excellent customer service. The entire staff right from security at the door to tellers at the booth, and personal bankers at their desk, were all polite, professional, courteous and had the customers need at heart. The truly showed they are there because of their customers and that they are there to serve them. Especially I received great customer service from personal banker Mr. Kayson Gregg.

ATM's never work , went inside , teller was rude , didnt get anything done , had to go to snellville branch , where it wasnt better, closed account all together , had it with Chase . would rate it 0 if i could .

I ok c. XX Good morning to all, I hope all is well. Hope everyone is keeping safe. I wanted to excuse my son Miguel Lopez for not doing his classwork know as DLD. Today is my first day be at home with my own kids as all support staff was need at the elementary school where I work at. With this been said now I have them on a schedule with their work spaces so they can hopefully excel on their DLD. I want to thank you guys for all that y'all do and for work with us.
