Brought my 06 Hyundai Azera in for an oil change. I brought my own oil and filter that was exactly what the car called for. When I started the car the oil light came on. The rep there told me to drive it home then add 1/2 quart. When I checked the level it was 1 quart too high. DO NOT GO THERE. They do not check any fluids or tire pressure. You don't even get an oil sticker or reset

AVOID this place at all costs! They're conniving con artists that try everything to scam you the moment you pull up. Worst experience ever. Filed a complaint w/ Better Business Bureau. They have no business serving the great people of Lilburn or anyone for that matter.
Changed the agreed upon price half way through my service then threatened to call the cops on me when I asked them to just drain my car of oil so I could leave and go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache. Better to push your car home than to go to these clowns! Could not stress enough they should be out of business!
Only reason it's 1 star is because its the minimum required!!! The 5 star reviews are fake!!! Beware!!!

The terrible service. I made an oil change and they dirty the whole engine. They treat with a very rude and threatening attitude, I don't recommend it. The prices of the service are constantly changing.

The workers are very rude, very expensive service and I think they give priority for there friends or... If u are new customer they dont even listion you.

I had my brake pads and rotors replaced and oil changed. Everyone was very professional, friendly and thorough. I love that it’s a small shop but there was no wait to have my car seen and worked on. Will definitely go back in the future for any vehicle needs.

Quick oil change but charges different amount to different people. Charged 80$ to my cousin and 60$ to me. Not a fair business man.I wouldn’t recommend people going there.I couldn’t reply to your message but it’s the same car.It’s one car which came to service.Once brought by me and second time brought by my cousin.

Patel and his crew are very skilled and know what their doing. I come for all oil change and other issues with my car they don't touch anything without explaining what they're doing....they gave me the feeling it's not just about money but good service!I had a issues with my catalytic converter due to a poor job from another mechanic my boyfriend suggested I go too...in short Patel crew spotted the problem.it was suggested I go back there since that part should be under warranty Less than 5 years..I'll be back for all my car needs, I need trustworthy people under my car hood. I'm not rich. I work hard for my coins. My car is a needed necessary.Thank you Patel and crew for your assistance today ?
