“I initially rented a Nissan Armada. I soon realized that the previous renter had smoked in it and the residue was triggering an Asthma response. I took it right back to Enterprise. They were very accommodating and switched cars to an Audi which was definitely smoke free. Upon returning that car, a manager was dealing with a very problematic customer. He did so very professionally without backing down and apologized for us having to wait. I was impressed. I will do business here again.”

“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the Manager and her staff on the memorial drive. I was called by the Greenville Blvd location and was very disappointed with the service I received so I decided to go to another location. The manager insured me that she would call the adjuster and get me in a car right away. Something that the Greenville BLVD location stated that they could not do. Que was the young lady that helped me and she was amazing. Keep up the great work and I will choose this location for all my rental car needs. Greenville Blvd needs some additional training tho.”

“I rented a Toyota Corolla for a trip to the beach. The car drove fine until we hit 60-70 miles on the hwy. The tires were vibrating and the ride was very bumpy. My son stopped and put air in the tires and it was better. Still vibrating, but not like before. I reported this to the Enterprise location we picked up from. We got several calls back from them. They said it had just been serviced, but said we could take it to any location for another vehicle. We didn't have time for all that. It only did it on the highway. When we returned they apologized and gave us a nice credit on the rental. We felt that was gracious and acceptable. The customer service was very good.”
