“I had great service today from Gilbert and I’m so grateful! In early August we ordered glass tops for two new tables. The lady took our order but had no idea when it would be done. I called back a month later, early September, and the same lady said she had our order but had no idea still when it might be done. I called back today, another full month later, expecting to just cancel my order but this time Gilbert answered. He could not have been nicer. He called back mid day today to say my order was ready and I picked it up. He apologized for the lack of response. I’m so grateful.”
