I first became acquainted with Jonathan around 20 years ago on the 560SEC forums. Whenever someone had a question nobody could answer, the consensus was “ask Jonathan, he will know”. He always did. I recently bought a 2009 CL600 only from photos and had it sent straight to Jonathan from the MB dealer to perform a complete inspection and make all needed repairs. I knew a car like this needed somebody who would critically evaluate it from bumper to bumper so when l received the car it would be trouble free. Over the next 6 weeks he identified all issues, even those due to poor workmanship from previous mechanics, and sent me photos so l could see for myself everything he saw. Needed repairs were extensive as the previous owners left a lot for the next owner (lucky me to inherit all of them) and Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process. Blue Ridge delivered 100%.

It appears to be a one-man mom & pop shop - extremely unprofessional. He must have been called a liar a lot. I complained about the sloppy (and simple) job. He said it's the part, and I said it's obviously an installation problem. He suddenly went ballistic: "are you calling me a liar'! Really? I felt a psychopath tried to intimidate me! Evidently he has been called a liar often! The shop is so unprofessional that they don't give you any paper to prove that you leave a car there. I said that I will give him a very 'good' feedback. He said he doesn't care. That says it all!

Dropped my car off for servicing. Have not been called once regarding a status report and that was months ago. Haven't received any informed about my car. I was referred to them by EURFED AUTOMOTIVE. Jonathan doesn't answer, my calls ALWAYS go to voice mail no matter what time I call.

If your Mercedes Benz isn't under warranty, BlueRidge is the only place you should take your car.Jonathon and his crew are the best with every model from 1950 to the present. Not only do they service your modern car, they'll restore your vintage one as well.I've had Jonathon work on my cars exclusively for the last 15 years or so, and always will.Even if you're still under warranty, they can do many services for you and keep your warranty.Blue Ridge maintains all of my Mercedes Benz automobiles, and a couple of other German toys as well.Services: Brakes

Searched ATL far and wide for a thorough MB/AMG specialist at reasonable rates; this is it (who knew they were so rare). They properly diagnosed the issues causing the tiny-vibrations in my S211 E63 after having two shops frustratingly tell me that the car "drives perfectly as it should" (utter BS). Great patience and rigor in properly diagnosing issues rather than just replacing worn parts. Besides mechanical work, they also wired my aftermarket head unit and backup-cam.It's clear the moment you step into the shop that it's run by real enthusiasts that live and breathe MB/AMG (just look at the photos and Jonathan's blue 1 of 1 Hammer wagon). Jonathan and his team are the go to place for all OEM or aftermarket MB/AMG needs with tons of experience. No other shop around ATL I would trust my car with.

Employees are not friendly with transporters. The driver tried helping a customer get taken care of. And the one of the employees made a big deal out of a driver asking him does he knows what's wrong with the vehicle. Even before that the driver tried helping the employee figure out which belonged to the customer. He said he'll call the customer. The employee clearing was not listening because the driver said it's okay and he will call. And was already calling the customer at the time. While the driver continued to tried to help. The employee goes to a car that just pulled up with another employee to instigate and taunt the driver. And loudly said I DON'T KNOW WHERE HE'S FROM BUT THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH HIM. The driver was still on the phone with the customer. She heard everything! Also the other employee in the car told the driver to KNOCK IT OFF when call recording didn't show that the driver said or did anything wrong. And the surveillance on the truck was showing the driver continuing his job! The employee that WASNT INVOLVED GOT HIMSELF INVOLVED by getting out of the truck and getting in the driver's face while the driver was in the driver seat trying to get the car ready for loading. The driver became very frightened and had to hit his emergency video recording and call the police. He had to tell the employee to back up and get out of his face several times. In conclusion. That particular employee said leave the key. Therefore the customer's vehicle could not get delivered. And it was supposed to be a long distance delivery. The older white male with the glasses was the main one with an attitude (Johnathans father). Be careful taking your driver's to this place at night. It's dark and in the back. And you may end up dealing with the same employees. Very ridiculous. The old man is at least 60!
