As a long time buyer at this store I can only say Buyers beware.. This company will sell a product before authentication. I left a comment on a post on Instagram about some of the details looking incorrect. Instead of addressing my concerns they simply turned off the comments. THEN they went and got it authenticated AFTER the comment was left. (There is a timestamp on the certificate) Addressing customer concersn should be easy for a legit business. Additionally, they buy products outright so the commission does apply to some items but not all like they claim. If you read the terms of agreement you can't back out of your purchase. The terms on the website are not buyer or seller friendly at all. The authentication website they use is photo based AI so any photos can be used. Use caution and do your research is all I can say.

I have been looking for a dress to wear to my daughter's wedding. I didn't realize finding the right dress would be so difficult. Four malls and several other stores later, I ended up at Back by Popular Demand. And I'm so glad I did. Not only did I find the dress that I will wear to her wedding, it was new with tags still on it. At a fraction of the price on the tag. In addition that dress, I found several other great ones that are perfect for some upcoming events I have with my husband. The store is well laid out and easy to shop. It is nice that it is so organized when you make purchases, you get store bucks to use on future visits. It's a great incentive to come back again soon. I am so pleased I came in. I will definitely be back again soon.

The store personnel are "Great!". Very helpful and courteous, also very knowledgeable concerning brand name(authentic versus knock-offs) when making a purchase. I highly recommend a visit there for anyone searching for high end apparel at reasonable prices.

A broad day light robbery!!! Avoid them by all possible means! It's my first time shopping/coming across the store and I never read theie Policy ? had to return a just opened order due to color preference &I was being told they can only offer less than 30% of what I paid!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

I purchased several items online and one of items had undisclosed damage. I tried calling and emailing multiple times with no response. Very poor customer service and disappointing experience.

I've been consigning my clothes at the Marietta location for years. It used to be both an enjoyable shopping and consigning experience. There has been a huge shift the last couple years. Sadly every time I come in, it's been anything but welcoming. The employees that actually take the consignments have been so rude and watch as I struggle to open the door and carry in clothes. Helping by opening a door is common curtesy or a simple hello greeting is not difficult. My friends that I referred to the store have had the same experience as I have and refuse to ever consign their clothes with them which is sad for the store as they have all designer, in excellent condition pieces. What these employees fail to see is this is a win/win scenario- they aren't doing US a favor. Both the store and the consignor are making money. It's not difficult to be kind, respectful and helpful. I'm done with this place as there are many other consignment stores that are kind while making it a pleasant experience. I hope the owner reads this so she's aware of how her employees treat customers.

I love this place and their employees so much. I found them During Covid when the world shut down. They did Facebook lives. One popped up one day on my Facebook page and I was hooked. I have bought so much from them and I have also sent them boxes of stuff to consign. I live in MA and they are in Georgia. So they do ship items. The employees and their loyal customers who are always on the lives, after almost 2 years are like a family. So much so that I even flew down one weekend just to meet them and shop! So happy I found them!
