Exceptional service and repairs. I’ve led teams in automotive repair both on reconditioning side and service side for about 10 years. I’ve worked in process improvement which included VOC (Voice of the Customer) for 15years. Customer expect you to provide the service you offer but when you go above what it required is when you’ve truly achieved exceptional service. They’ve done great work on my vehicles but that’s not why I’m writing this review. My Grandmother needed some work done on her car. Honda quoted her a little over 4k. Based on my experience and repairs I knew she didn’t need everything they listed however I know longer operate a repair facility so I can’t verify myself. I explained to the AS team what I wanted them to do and they did it. Their quote was half the price of Honda. When my grandmother drove her car home she noticed it was hard to turn as if there was no power steering fluid. I called AS they picked my grandmothers car up from her home in Pine Lake Ga repaired it and brought it back. As a grandchild knowing my grandmother was taken care of gave me peace of mind and meant the World to me.

This place is great. I went in for a bulb replacement. It ended up needing wire repair and a fuse. Even though they had to do more work, they gave me a very good price. Their initial price off the top, they were a much better pricing than their competitors down the street. It is good that this spot is open on Saturdays also. They aim to please the customer. I will definitely bring my car back to this shop.

Mechanical workshop with bilingual staff makes every effort to solve your problem, although my truck had many problems that I could not fix due to lack of money, I was satisfied with the treatment they gave me, I will return again when I can.$$$$

needed a fender and windshield replacement and it was done beautifully in under 2 hours! very great and efficient staff. Will definitely be coming back for any future car needs!

Super Awesome! We drove in from Florida to camp at Stone Mountain. A power steering hose blew so couldn’t move the truck. Got it towed to Automotive solution. They had me back in the road in 2 hours, replaced one hose. Highly recommend!!

Very professional, quick response and service. My wheel was wobbling due to a strut breaking. Was .6 miles away from Automotive Solutions LLC and I decided to give them a try to see if they could help me. And let me just say they exceeded my expectations. They somehow ordered my parts and had me out of the door within 30-45mins. Problem solved and they gave me a discount on the labor! Will see them again
