“Exceptional service and repairs. I’ve led teams in automotive repair both on reconditioning side and service side for about 10 years. I’ve worked in process improvement which included VOC (Voice of the Customer) for 15years. Customer expect you to provide the service you offer but when you go above what it required is when you’ve truly achieved exceptional service. They’ve done great work on my vehicles but that’s not why I’m writing this review. My Grandmother needed some work done on her car. Honda quoted her a little over 4k. Based on my experience and repairs I knew she didn’t need everything they listed however I know longer operate a repair facility so I can’t verify myself. I explained to the AS team what I wanted them to do and they did it. Their quote was half the price of Honda. When my grandmother drove her car home she noticed it was hard to turn as if there was no power steering fluid. I called AS they picked my grandmothers car up from her home in Pine Lake Ga repaired it and brought it back. As a grandchild knowing my grandmother was taken care of gave me peace of mind and meant the World to me.”

“We drive from Conyers to LIlburn after moving away 5 years ago. I discovered these honest folks about ten years ago. I'd just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer and one morning got in my car to go to work, but noticed a strong smell of gasoline and a small puddle on the ground. Stopped at Lilburn's Chevron to have it checked out and they diagnosed a ruptured fuel line. When I asked for a repair estimate they called the dealership and had them come and get it and bring me a loaner vehicle. -- no charge as it was covered under warranty. It would not have occurred to me to think about my warranty in that time of crisis, but Harrison took great care and went the distance to help.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I use them for all of our cars' services, despite the lengthy drive to get there.”

“Had some tires installed at a different shop and had some issues with the valve stems. One was cracked, and the other just dumped its guts out of no where. Took my truck to them and had them work out the issues and they definitely took care of my baby. She rides nice and smooth. I will definitely be back.”
“I’m just here to say thank you for trying to align my car. The car was brought there twice for a front wheel alignment but couldn’t get it to stop diving to the right even though the wheel was straight. They ended up reimbursing me for the alignment. Now I’m not saying that they’re bad at aligning things. My car just require a lot more than what they’re equipped with since the rear of the car is custom and that’s a whole other story.
TLDR; they tried their best and couldn’t get the job done and they manned up and they gave me my money back and I can really appreciate that. I’ve brought many cars to them back in the day. Good to see y’all still kickin. Keep up the good work.

“The local shop we have been going to for decades recently changed ownership and their service dropped dramatically. A friend recommended Five Forks Automotive and I wish I’d have found them earlier. So far we’ve had 4 different services on 3 vehicles in the family. In every case the work was performed faster than expected and at a lower price. For instance: I dropped my truck off for some engine and brake work on Sunday night and the work was completed by 2:00pm on Monday. The previous shop I’d used would have taken over a day before they’d even looked at it.
I absolutely love the transparency in the billing. Just tell me what the parts cost and how many hours of labor. In all 4 cases when I’ve come to pick up the vehicle there were no surprises and I paid exactly what I was quoted before the work was done.”

Details: Mike is honest, polite, and basically the best kind of person to work with. Every time I messaged him, he'd reply pretty quickly, usually no more than 2 hours, I think. My right rear quarter panel needed to be fixed after someone backed into my 2022 Honda. His estimate was quick and very reasonable, and he is open on Saturdays! I wasn't looking for the most expensive perfect fix, having decided long ago my car is meant for driving and not to sweat the small stuff/damage. Of all the shops I visited (5 that day), I felt like Mike understood this the best, and offered me exactly what I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The work was turned around in a reasonable 4 days' time and well done! I can't even tell something happened. He helpfully let me know certain after care too. I'm glad I chose to work with Mike who is knowledgeable and nice. I have only good things to say about him and his wonderful shop!”

“I was referred to Anthony by a family friend. I have been looking for a trustworthy repair shop for the past 5 years that is fairly priced, 2 stands behind their work, 3 is honest in what's actually needed. I had one but ownership changed and so the search started over. Glad I was referred to Anthony.Anthony checks the boxes on all three. My vehicle went in for rear shocks, front struts, both CV axles, water pump, and tune up (ignition coils, spark plugs, gasket), alignment.Anthony quoted me a fair price, used OEM parts, and provides a 1 year warranty. His place was very busy, I did make an appointment and dropped off. The repairs did take longer than expected, but that was ok, I was able to make arrangements. Delay was due to rusted bolts, taking longer to get off.I was impressed that I received a text with a PDF that outlined the work (labor & parts) and could sign the work agreement. No extra charges. He also checked out the vehicle for any other repairs and re-clipped my door.Overall I found my new repair shop. If you're looking for a repair shop you should definitely consider Carreno. He honest and fair. I would advise calling before coming in like you would at any other place.”

“I had my 2014 Honda Accord recently fixed here, it was having a lot of issues with the engine idling which often caused the car steering wheel to lock up while driving and not getting any acceleration when I would step on the gas. I have tried to get it diagnosed and repaired at a couple places with little to no success since the issue came back again after a few days.
With that said, I was quite impressed with how the people at JN Auto Repair understood my problem and was able to solve it. The head mechanic educated me on what could be the causes and advised me what he would do to get rid of the issue. It has been about a month since then, the car has been working great and I no longer have to worry about my car being essentially shut down in the middle of driving.
The lady at the front desk was also very transparent and straightforward when it came to pricing, she made sure I understood my costs and what I was paying for.
I really appreciated their help, this level of professionalism and customer care sets them apart from the places I’ve tried before.
Would extremely recommend this place if you are having consistent problems with your car, they will take care of it ?”

“I first became acquainted with Jonathan around 20 years ago on the 560SEC forums. Whenever someone had a question nobody could answer, the consensus was “ask Jonathan, he will know”. He always did. I recently bought a 2009 CL600 only from photos and had it sent straight to Jonathan from the MB dealer to perform a complete inspection and make all needed repairs. I knew a car like this needed somebody who would critically evaluate it from bumper to bumper so when l received the car it would be trouble free. Over the next 6 weeks he identified all issues, even those due to poor workmanship from previous mechanics, and sent me photos so l could see for myself everything he saw. Needed repairs were extensive as the previous owners left a lot for the next owner (lucky me to inherit all of them) and Jonathan kept me informed throughout the entire process. Blue Ridge delivered 100%.”

“I recently left my Toyota 4Runner with these guys after it broke down on the highway. Far away from home and desperate to get my car back as soon as possible, the situation was urgent and stressful. I also was quite nervous leaving my car with a company I had no relationship with. While it took them a day to diagnose the issue (understandable, as I had no appointment), CB was honest, understanding of my hesitations, and quick to address the issue upon diagnosis. I had my car back the following day, and it is running smooth as silk. With their advice, I also feel well equipped to maintain the car in the future, to avoid the fuel issues that brought me to them in the first place. If I am ever in need of service in this area, I think I may just have to give these guys a call. They really were first class, and helped to make a stressful situation a bit easier to handle.”
