“Friendly and competent. I've read other reviews and some mentioned unexpected closing. To be fair, that happened to me as well, but I contacted the manager and had the mail ready for me to pick up the next day when they were normally scheduled to be closed. Unexpected events can happen to businesses as well as people but I've always felt that VHeA was willing to make up for any issues arising out of those issues.”
