High praise for Andrew and his team. Someone recently backed into my vehicle and unfortunately, this is not my first time dealing with car repairs. Apex made the process seamless! Couldn’t ask for a better experience in a stressful time. Andrew was very communicative and they got my vehicle done in a timely manner. Phenomenal job by team as well as dealing with Geico for me through the process.

Came in to get the knock sensor wiring replaced for my vehicle . Dropped my car off at 9:30 am was told he didn’t have any cars so they can get me now . I was also told that they would take a look at it to make sure that what I needed to get done wasn’t explained that it would be a $130 diagnostic fee if that wasn’t the problem . #2 I told them to give me a call as soon as they figure out what the issue was . I ended up calling the shop at 1pm to get the status of my own vehicle after several hours of not hearing anything back . #3 I asked if they take Apple Pay and he said it would be a $4 up charge if I was to do that . I went to pull out a card to pay regular and he asked me to Zelle it so I would get the $4 up charge which makes it seem like he did the work under the table. Before editing this review I also got a email stating that they didn’t see anything in the system for me .

Fixed a $22,000 mercedes service repair coated for less than $1000. They said it might take 3weeks plus after 8 days of diagnostic but diagnosed and fixed within 2 days!

ANDREW IS AMAZING! My experience with Apex was the best and highly recommend. My repairs was done before the estimate timeframe and Andrew made the process easy. I'm soo glad I was recommend to them from my warranty company. Now he's my permanent mechanic lol.

I went to this place because my car needed a tire alignment since it had been in an accident, I took it and left the car then I went to pick it up and they told me that they had not been able to do the alignment because of a part that was broken and that they had to have it exchange I accepted it and paid them almost $600 dollars for that part, they delivered the car to me the next day and I took it to inspection since it had had an accident and they had to inspect it, the inspector said that that part was not well assembled that it had to be fix it, I went back to them and they said they had to change the entire piece of the shock absorber and they charged me another $75 dollars and I had to wait another day, they delivered it to me the next day and I took it for inspection and now it didn't pass because they didn't put the correct screw on the car, I lost more time and more money because of them since they don't know what they are doing and then came the worst problem that my car still has. I took the car in without any lights on the dashboard and since they changed the parts to the car, several lights came on on the dashboard, I went and complained to him and he said that it was a radar sensor in front that they had to fix, and he only erased the codes with his scanner but after 20 minutes they came out again days passed and The lights kept appearing, I went yesterday and told Andrew again that the lights were appearing again and he replied that he had already told me the problem with the car was the radar and that I needed to calibrate it but that they didn't do it so I took it to another place to have it done, and they told me that that was not the problem, it was the power steering system and vehicle stability assist, that I had to take it to the people (apex group) who fixed the parts so they could fix the car problem.

I cannot say enough positive things about Apex Automotive Group!! I unexpectedly shredded a tire late on Saturday afternoon on the way to a birthday party. I had my kids and elderly mom in the car. I was able to maneuver into their parking lot and the owner was so gracious and came right out to help us out!! I was forever grateful for Apex saving the day and giving us such amazing service in such a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!! Many thanks again to Apex Automotive Group!!!
