Poor communication. They’re good at setting up the deposit but will not provide photos, or the status updates are limited. Where is my car? Who is the driver? Very frustrating.

They canceled twice but still will only give ½ my deposit back!
They said Fri or Sat my vehicle will be transported.
Fri came
Sat went by and they finally called. Had to reschedule for Monday or Tuesday.
I said you canceled I want my money back
Then they said read your document that I signed lol
Apparently they have five days to cancel and reschedule before it's there fault.
I tried to work with them but they kept telling me it's my fault if I cancel even tho my vehicle is still outside!!
Never Ever will o use this company nor recommend them to anyone!!

I recently used A and A Car Transport and it was an easy and smooth experience! They were recommended to me by a dealer and after checking around I found them to be very competitive on price and super responsive. ******* got me a quote on the spot and got me confirmed with a truck and driver within a day or two. He was always available to answer questions and and keep me up to date on the progress from pick up to delivery. Since this was my first experience transporting a car, he made it easy and helped calm my nerves. The experience was flawless and I highly recommend them!

Absolutely terrible. They gave a good price, took the deposit and Monday, Wednesday, Friday stalled me for almost two weeks. They finally refunded and I just went and drove the truck home.Service: Long distance hauling

I have used AA Transport over the past 2 years to haul several cars and SUVs with great success. *************************** has been excellent at communicating at every step along the way from pricing, to pick -up and final delivery. They have always been competitively priced and fair. If you need a vehicle transported anywhere that is fully insured at a fair price you need to call AA TRANSPORT. I work with *******- he makes it easy.

A & A Car Transport shipped my car from Eastern Long Island, ** to **********, *****. *************************** assisted me throughout the transport. The car was picked up at the door on an 18 ******* and delivered on time to my daughter's home. Transport was on Tuesday evening at 7 pm and delivered on Sat. am at 8:30 a.m. No damage to the car. ******* was excellent to deal with. The driver was professional and very nice. I had read prior reviews in selecting a transporter and was pleased with the reviews listed. I would use this transporter again when I eventually move to *****. Thank you ******* for all your help and wonderful communication. God Bless You and Your Family. I appreciate your honesty and wonderful communication. You made me feel very comfortable with my selection as I knew I was dealing with a concerned person rather than an overworked employee for a large dispatcher. Other dispatchers I had called were not as professional and caring as you.

While the contact person was friendly and professional, the rest of the job was a disaster. I signed a contract with a given (fair) price and scheduled the pick up for the following Monday. After several days of delays, they told me I would owe another $100 cash on arrival and it would be picked up Friday and delivered Saturday. They then called Friday afternoon and forced 2 people to change their plans because they wanted to deliver the vehicle Friday afternoon.The vehicle arrived safely, but I will NEVER call A and A again or EVER recommend them.Service: Special vehicle towing

The are awful! They called several times with dates that did not work with our schedule. The have had weeks notice to ship this vehicle and we are ready to leave and the car is still here! They have 2 drivers and they fail to mention that in the beginning. Then they said they had no idea when the car would be picked up. Seriously?! Avoid them!!!Service: Long distance hauling

BEWARE OF JAKE HERNANDEZ of A and A Car Transport. I hired his company to transport my vehicle. He wasn’t able to live up to his part of the contract.. The date of pick-up changed three times. And with every change came an excuse. And once he was able to pick-up; he asked for additional money because he outsourced the transport to another company.Service: Car towing

I was told they only use there drivers. That's a LIE! Then I had a problem with their "outside" driver and the refused to get involved and help! DO NOT hire these people!
