I love taking my kids to 5 star childcare. I know that they are safe which is my number one priority. They are treated very well and I love how much my kids have learned ! The staff always receive the kids with smiles on their faces and are always so patient. Ms Abby, Ms Penelope, Ms Wendy, Ms Desire, Ms Z, Ms Rachel and Ms Adelia are the staff members we interact with the most and they are all wonderful ! I highly recommend 5 Star Childcare !

I only toured the facility and chose not to enroll my infant into this center. The staff seemed friendly but I was immediately taken aback when the director told me my son's name was "strange" (I named him after a family name) and she told me that I needed to wean him off of his pacifier that he had in his mouth when we toured. My son was 2 weeks old then! Call it bad first impressions, but we didn't feel comfortable with this daycare.

We absolutely love their virtual preK class! I've had my previous older child go there, and we loved how they take care of our children. Teachers clearly care a lot about their children's education. Very dedicated and highly recommend this place for daycare and for preK. I'm truly impressed with their preK virtual class.

Really loved this school for my preschooler! Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming. My daughter is attending on line Pre-K. They have the best curriculum for on line. They are doing great phonics for All Alphabets. Now my daughter can read some words. They provide some activity worksheets for school. My daughter just love to do these. Thanks to you all teachers and director who put all the effort to create the great on line curriculum.ThanksSheulee AkterLilburn

HORRIBLE experience. My son was so excited for pre k, but on the first day of pre k, my son came back sad. I have never picked him up from any of his caregivers like that. He told me he never wanted to go to school again. He couldn't hold back the tears and told me the assistant teacher had pushed him down to the floor real hard. I asked if it could have been an accident or maybe he wasnt listening during naptime and she was just trying to lay him down. He said no, that she was angry because he wasn't listening, and that she pushed him down so hard his bottom hurt. He said he then went under his blanky and cried. He said she never apologized and that he didn't want to go back because she's so strong and it hurt him. He admitted to not following directions and being bad so there is no reason he would lie about that. I decided to talk to the teacher and give her the benefit of doubt. As soon I saw her, she had a guilty face and I could see she was hiding something. Her guilty conscience! She denied even touching him. She kept scratching her head and looking away. Like a 10 year old child that's about to get caught. My son is a very honest boy, unruly at times, but he is very vocal, bold, and honest when he speaks. He admitted he was being bad in class while ashamed and said that is why the teacher pushed him down to the floor. It was his first day, I knew it was going to take some days to acclimate, it usually does. Ms Mala without a question backed the teacher and said my son was not listening and that he probably had issues at home. With one day of pre k she had the nerve to say that. None of his caregivers have said that about him. Ms Mala was not a witness too so why would she back her all the way? I asked for video surveillance. Ms Mala said they didn't have any because "they installed cameras after kids went home that day" What a COINCIDENCE. You could tell the teacher was lying and I don't know why, I'll probably never know. Ms Mala was backing her without even considering the safety of my son or other kids. I became upset and they took it their advantage. They told me they could see why my son was like that and pointed fingers at me immediately. I never said anything to offend the teacher directly yet they acted as if I did. You could tell they've been through this because they were prepared to backfire. No video surveillance supposedly and now they were blaming me saying my son had issues. His doctor, caregivers, and family have never said anything even close. I asked Ms Mala previously about 2 incidents that took place there because I was concerned. She told me that during one she immediately fired the teacher and made a report. In another she told me the mother just wanted money and was lying. I gave her the benefit of doubt which I regret. They are not to be trusted. They will not investigate, they will back their own without seeing both sides, and then blame you instead and make you look like the bad one. My son came to me with tears in his eyes. It wasnt him being whiny or frustrated. He was really hurting. They were all suspicious especially the teacher. I'm glad I took him out of that shady pre k. Parents please listen to your kids. I'm glad my son is very vocal, most kids won't speak out. Trust your gut! I would never take my child back here.

I am so sad!!! It took a Lifetime to find the perfect Daycare for my two girls and now I changed my job and location so my girls can no longer go here. This is so far the best daycare I found for my children. I could always be very comfortable during my day as I knew they were taking care of.My oldest (3 year old) daughter is a very picky eater and usually when I picked her up the Daycare would just tell me to feed because she didn't eat all day. 5 Star made sure my baby got something in her stomach. If you are looking for a great safe place for your baby/ babies... YOU FOUND IT.
