Went there to get a small package shipped. Andy helped me there and he was phenomenal! He was extremely friendly and professional. He answered all of my questions and told me all of my different options. This is the best experience I've ever had at any sort of post office or shipping place. If I ever have a package I need shipped again, I will go out of my way to come back here again.

The staff here are always friendly and great I've had a suite post office box here for over 3 years now and even when my mailbox gets full and I was in a bad wreck and couldn't come for a few months to pick up my mail Abraham and Jamie always held my mail and packages for me for an extended time and told me don't worry about coming and getting my mail/packages until I'm well. In fact the staff here at 1860 Barnett shoals are all great after my wreck I still could lift anything heavy they went above and beyond to carry my packages to my car and put them in my trunk they never complained once. It's truly a pleasure to have these individuals working here.

This is in reply to the business owners remarks to Jerry M. I understand all of that and that's common sense but she was rounding up over an inch to the measurements. Like I said NO Excuses for trying to RIP people off. Again this was not the first time I had to call someone out on this at a UPS store. Everyone please weigh and measure your packages before you visit these stores.

I'm only giving 2 stars because I used to get good service here in the past-but the declining friendliness and the increased cost is getting old. I used to get stuff faxed pretty frequently here, and usually paid a couple dollars for a few pages. But today, the lady who helped me was brusque to the point of rudeness and charged me $14 dollars for a 7 page fax. Granted, I should have checked the prices ahead of time. But when you're curt AND charge me so much money for utilizing a service that costs the business effectively nothing....COME ON. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
