Post Master called me regarding concerns of an 11x13 manilla envelope sent certified on March 22nd and hasn't been delivered yet. Shows received in Tallahassee on March 23. He emailed Tallahassee. Asked me to wait two days and if not found. He will try to fix the problem.

Although I do not care for the USPS as a whole, this location has always been very helpful and very kind. I will drive further and out of the way to go to this location the majority of the time! ??

Does not answer the phone ! I have been calling for 2 hours straight trying to get in contact for a mailbox key and only get a dial tone from being on the phone for 10 minutes. I never can get in contact with someone.
