So, while this isn't my preferred method of getting my car washed, it is the next best thing, despite being a mostly automated car wash. However, there are staff members upon entering and exiting the automated part of the car wash that either pre-rinse/scrub any of the more heavily soiled parts of the car or to dry the car off once you come out the other side in order to get any wet spots the big air dryers may have missed. Also, they have this giant infinity roll towel that spins and "hand drys" your car, adding an extra drying component to the system. The best part is for real the prices! It doesn't matter if you're paying by the individual wash or via one of the monthly passes. They easily compete with the cheapest places out there. If you plan on going to clean your entire car, I just want to let you know that the inside is done completely by you. The individual vacuuming stations that they provide are awesome, and I'm pretty sure they come with staff who will provide assistance to you if necessary. Lastly, I think they might offer a full service option for a nominal fee. No matter what the level of car wash you desire is, they'll provide it, and they'll do it at a great rate. I just got the monthly pass, and my first month's payment was only $21. It's worth the visit even if it's only for you to see for yourself!

Tidal Wave has the best carwash in town. They make sure they do a good job and meet there goal. Very professional and friendly staff. I’m satisfied every time I take my truck to get washed.

Well I have been going to this car wash for a couple months with my trucks and work truck and I got denied going in knowing that I have been through with the work truck already. So I was pissed about it and I told the employee up front I guess his boss sad no to my business. I said he’s lost my business and more clients . So I am not recommending this place anymore and I do not appreciate the bad customer service. The service was rude and not respectful I do not recommend this car wash anymore .

Their machine damaged my vehicle on yesterday, and the managers are saying they are not responsible for the damages. On top of the machine snatching all my tires valve stems out and flattening my tires and damaging my custom rims, my vehicle was not clean!!!!! I even pointed out to the managers how bad my vehicle was damaged and still not clean. They looked at the dirt spots on the vehicle and took pictures of my damaged. I was given a card to contact the site leader. He informed me that he would ‘look into it’ but ensured that the company is not responsible. He also advised he would call me today, but I did not receive a telephone call. I went through 2 different attendants and 1 of them washed my vehicle down before entering, but they’re saying that the company is not responsible b/c the valve stem covers were aftermarket. After further investigation I have discovered that their machine has damaged other vehicles in which they always state they are not responsible. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service!!!Service: Auto detailing

Great experience! The young men were great. Got all the pecan sap off my white Colorado and shell. Looks like a new one! Will be going back, using our monthly membership.

This is the beast car wash I’ve been to in years. I love how clean my car looks after it goes through the wash! The vacuums are amazing be careful if you’re not watching you might just loose a shirt.
