Great store with clean and organized aisles. Friendly staff and great sales. A lot of items cost more than Walmart, but there is the tradeoff of with a pleasant shopping experience.

I will never get a cake from here again customer service was terrible … i understand that we have to have a recipe to receive our cakes but once I had my recipe they still denied me of getting my cake because I didn’t have a barcode wen they could have just looked up my recipe. An acted like they couldn’t do anything about it wen my little girls birthday party was a hr away .

Really like Publix grocery stores
All are very clean and well stocked.
Love the choices of most items and specials.
Great price savings.
Great employees with good skills and willing to assist you if needed.
Publix stores are very impressive in isle layout and the location of items placed together makes shopping a pleasant experience.
Plenty of checkout isles and prompt service.

Shopping was not a pleasure during my past visit. It was early morning, meaning very low customer volume. While headed to the checkout, no customers were present at the time to check out except myself. There were four cashiers standing around at the front of the checkouts just talking amongst themselves. There was no offer to ring me out, so I went to the self check. While checking my selected items, it was rudely mentioned that a small item slipped between a few other items from across the checkouts, meaning raised voice so anyone in ear shot could be heard. It would have been more appropriate to have approached and nicely pointed it out.
If you want to watch me check out whilst four cashiers observe, how about checking me out instead.
While the self ceck has its place, it has led to complacency and laziness.
